I'm 4 days into using Gleam, and I can honestly say it might be the best teeth whitening home-use product out there. I was dubious, as I have highly sensitive teeth, and they claim there is 'zero sens... Se mere

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and we are sorry that you did not achieve the results that you were hoping for.
Our strips are designed to adhere closely to the teeth so the whitening ingredients stay in place during use, However, they shouldn't be difficult to remove. If they do feel a little too sticky, applying a small amount of water and gently peeling from the edges usually helps them come away more easily.
In terms of results, we do offer a money back guarantee if you do not achieve a minimum of 2 shades lighter after course completion. The vast majority of our customers achieve way beyond this. With this in mind, please do feel free to reach out to our support team - support@gleamteeth.co.uk.

Brusque
I purchased the whitening kit back in 2024. Unfortunately I misplaced it during a move - hence the "downtime!" When I went to use the LED light it wasn't working at all. I sent an email to the contact team for advice, and received the following response:
Hi,
Unfortunately this is far past any point for us to action anything on this.
Many Thanks,
Gareth".
Of course I understand that a lot of time has passed, but now I have vials of treatment and no way to apply.

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry to hear about the situation - we completely understand how frustrating it must have been to misplace part of your kit during your move.
As the purchase was made in 2024 and the whitening kit has since been discontinued, we are unfortunately no longer able to supply replacement LED lights for this product. In addition, the kit has a recommended shelf life of 2 years, so it would now be beyond it's advised usage period.
We do apologise for any inconvenience caused to you.

Have repurchased these multiple times
Have repurchased these multiple times! Immediate results and are a really good UK alternative for Crest. Don’t make my teeth sensitive at all.
They also stay on the teeth really well and don’t slide around like I have found others do.

Really pleased with the whitening strips. They've definitely lifted the stains and my teeth are at least a couple of shades lighter after only one pack. Just started second pack and looking forward to even better results?

Not the instant improvement advertised
I was really hopeful given other reviews but for me I only achieved maybe a shade or two’s improvement. Teeth do feel really clean after using and I have persevered in case it just takes longer on my teeth.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us and for your honest feedback. We are pleased that you noticed some improvement and that your teeth felt cleaner after using the strips.
Our recommendation is to use the strips on a daily basis until you complete the course or reach your desired shade. The vast majority of our customers achieve great results when used consistently and on a daily basis. If you have done this, and didn't achieve a minimum of a 2 shade improvement, we do offer a money back guarantee.
With this in mind and if this has been the case for you, please do feel free to reach out to our support team - support@gleamteeth.co.uk.

Hello!
Hello!
Sorry to be a pest! I tried to order the whitening strips and they came up as £24.99 but then at checkout I can add the same strips at £15.99? Please may you explain what the difference is? I’m only interested in paying the lowest price. I was really keen to try your company whilst the discount was valid but have seen this ends at midnight so unfortunately won’t be able to make the purchase now owing to this issue!
Any help would be brilliant! ☺️

Thank you for flagging this - the £15.99 price is part of our multi-buy offer, which applies when adding an additional pack at checkout, so that is why it show's differently to the single pack price.
We appreciate how that could have been confusing at first glance and we will look at making it clearer.
If you are still keen to try Gleam, drop us a quick email at support@gleamteeth.co.uk and we will sort this out for you.

A waste of money
