I bought a second pressure washer because my first one was amazing. Unfortunately, the second one was faulty. Luckily, Chassy was great to deal with and sent me a replacement within a few days. Very happy with their service!

I purchased a Giraffe Tools 90-foot Retractable Hose Reel in June 2024. I used this reel several times a week for the past 17 months. It has worked flawlessly and is such a time saver that I really don't think I want to do any lawn maintenance without it. My family loves this hose reel. Then, earlier this week, the hose would not retract all the way. I informed Giraffe Tools on a Monday of the issue. Giraffe Tools shipped me a new hose reel, which I received on Friday, four days later! This is an example of outstanding customer service! I look forward to purchasing more Giraffe Tools products in the future because they stand by their products. Giraffe Tools always stands tall with its customers! Thank you, Giraffe Tools!

Excellent customer service, and we love our charging station too! It saves us a lot of hassle and has cleaned up our desk space.

I bought the retractable hose power washer and it worked great...until something went wrong with the high pressure. GT was amazing to deal with...they sent me a brand new washer post haste. Sadly, the new one had the same issue...no high pressure. Once again I contacted customer service..and with a little back & forth.. they are sending me a new power washer. Great customer service...your satisfaction is their utmost concern

First off, we love the design of the product. Our model has about 100ft of retractable hose, which is enclosed into a compact, futuristic looking case and the best part is that if it is screwed in place makes use a breeze.
This is our second unit and we are extremely happy with our purchase.
On top of that kudos to the customer service team. Had a bit of a hiccup with our unit and they graciously solved our issue in about a week’s time.

Purchased 2 item at nearly £500, one has arrived the other hasn't. Emailed them twice and not even a response.
Products may be good but really, follow it up with a bit of customer service.
2 weeks later and still none the wiser where my 2nd item is.
Not happy to say the least.

I bought two hose winders. I didn't use them for a while, but when I did, I found one didn't lock. I contacted support, and after sending them the purchasing information, they told me they would send me a new unit. I am sure it will be coming soon. Pleasant Support thru EMail.

Bought a Giraffe Tools Hose Reel 5/8" x 115+5 ft, Retractable Garden Hose and couldn't be happier! Simple to set up and makes all your watering tasks so much easier when you can easily reel out as much hose as you need to reach anywhere, and one pull and it retracts with no mess or hassle.

I bought a power washer and an air compressor for my husband for Christmas and he absolutely loves them. They are great products and I highly recommend buying their products. They also have really good customer service. I had an issue with the power washer and they helped me solve the issues quickly and efficiently.

Once I connected with customer service they were very helpful. Love Giraffe products and when I ran into an issue they corrected it. Rare these days!

I’ve had the Giraffe pressure washer for a few years and I love it! The pressure washer recently wasn’t working and I contacted their customer support. They were super responsive and helpful. Even though my pressure washer was out of warranty, they still sent me a replacement! Awesome company with a great product.

Unfortunately my much loved Grandfalls G20 Pressure Washer failed during use. However, I received excellent warranty service from Giraffe tools, who were very prompt in responding to my request and sending out a replacement unit! Thanks to Giraffe tools for standing by their product.
