100% perfect …. Would recommend to all I know

DANGEROUS! After just six months of very light domestic use, my Giraffe Wall Mounted Pressure Washer Plus CAUGHT FIRE completely unexpectedly. The unit was not even in operation at the time, it was switched off and not being used when it ignited. There were no prior warning signs, no unusual noises, no overheating issues, and no visible damage that would have suggested any kind of fault developing.

This is extremely concerning for what is marketed as a fixed, wall-mounted appliance intended for regular household use. Electrical equipment should not pose a fire risk simply by being installed and connected. The fact that this happened without the machine even running raises serious safety concerns about the internal electrics and overall build quality.

I immediately contacted Giraffe Tools support but received no meaningful assistance or accountability. Amazon have also declined to help, stating they are only the marketplace and not responsible for the product itself. As a result, I’ve been left dealing with the consequences of what could have been a far more serious incident.

Anyone considering this pressure washer should seriously question whether they are comfortable installing a product that may present a fire hazard without warning. In my experience, both the product reliability and aftersales support have been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise caution.

I bought a Grandfalls Pressure Washer Pro from Giraffe Tools a little less than a year ago. An internal failure has rendered it unusable. Giraffe Tools does not respond to emails or phone calls. I have sent numerous messages over the last two weeks. A company that doesn't honor its warranty and promises is not a company to be trusted. I recommend staying away from this company

Absolutely crap products!!! I’ve had two wall mounted pressure washers - both broke under normal domestic use… I also have bought the hosepipe reel, which again has broken…. Save your money & buy a better quality product!

Item broke upon first use, support is not answering emails or phone calls.

Got a Giraffe pressure washer as a gift for Christmas mounted it, and worked great. Had an issue with the drum winding mechanism. Emailed customer support sent them a couple videos and photos of what was happening could not believe their support they gave me a couple troubleshooting ideas that did not work.
I thought this was going to end up being a long drawn out. Try this try that but no they saw the problem right after that and sent me a brand new unit.

Tina in Customer service was fabulous to work with! Super prompt responses to my questions. This is the type of service from days past! Maybe she will rub off on some of the new era service (non-service) reps! I hope so as us consumers deserve what we pay dearly for these days.

My first purchase of a 65ft retractable hose 3 years ago let me to purchase another one for my back yard. When the new one started to not lock, I reported it to Giraffe Tools. The very quickly determined that there was indeed a problem and shipped me a replacement. Great warranty service and a great product.

I reported my problem and immediately customer service team took action by giving me clear instructions on resolving the issue. As well, it was also impressive as to safety concerns were also a part of the customer service team’s instruction and guidance.
My replacement unit was sent with haste and apologies for my trouble.
I truly appreciate companies who operate consistently customer focused such as Giraffe Tools! It sets them apart!

Purchased the G20 wall-mount pressure washer which was delivered to my workplace in Brisbane very quickly. My rev-head colleague saw it and said that it's a quality washer and that he will be ditching his Karcher to buy one himself. He hates dragging his out and dealing with the shitty hose tangles. He then went on to share photos of the washer with his friends.
Tested it as soon as I got home and before mounting it. Great pressure and the foaming bottle works well. Used gyeon snow foam and it stuck like shaving cream and washed off without any trouble.
Don't purchase through Ebay or Amazon. Go direct to the supplier. Their customer service is great.

My warranty was up, so they gave me 15% off purchasing a new pressure washer. They were easy to deal with. I am happy

I am the proud owner of three pressure washers and two retractable hose reels. I can tell firsthand the Giraffe products are innovative and provide an extremely finished look. If you’re not going to be neat and organized, why even pressure wash? Also, the ease of use makes you much more likely to use the equipment. Not having to spend 20 minutes setting up the power, hose, and pressure washer every use and then take it down makes all the difference in the world.

Absolute rubbish didn’t even last for two months when I notified the company and asked for replacement parts. I was brushed to one side if you go to waste money buy one of these.

I ordered two of the same products by mistake and both of them were shipped and charged to my credit card. When I let them know what happened they quickly gave me a return label, and once received, credited my credit card. They responded quickly and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

Within 72 hour's the issue was resolved. Clear instructions as to what they required, once provided (Tina) the rep I was in communication with, took the necessary steps and warrantied the product.
