Delivery service spoils the star rat
The company you use for delivery let the whole company's reputation down, they are useless, otherwise your wines and service are 1st class.

12 bottles and a few food items plus delivery was a very fair price. Glad to buy from a smaller family company.
Only negative was it took around 2 weeks to deliver, it came from Italy but even so that’s a bit long.
Very happy overall

Thank you very much 😊 We are delighted that you appreciated both our service and our wines. Your satisfaction is our greatest motivation.
Good wine at a great price
Good wine at a great price. We regularly order wine from Giodano and have yet to be disappointed. Easy to order from either customer sales team or online. Delivery has always been within the quoted timeframe and we are always given options if delivery time isn’t convenient for us.
My only criticism is sometimes we receive tracking information late, on one occasion virtually on day of delivery.

Outstanding Quality and Service, Year After Year
I've been ordering from Giordano for several years now and have been consistently impressed. The quality of the wines is excellent, offering fantastic value for money, and I've enjoyed discovering a wide range of Italian wines that aren't always easy to find in the UK. The ordering process is straightforward, delivery from Italy has always been reliable, and everything arrives well packaged and in perfect condition. Customer service has also been very helpful whenever I've had a query. What keeps me coming back is the combination of quality, choice, and service. After many orders over the years, I've never been disappointed. I would highly recommend Giordano to anyone looking for authentic Italian wines at reasonable prices. A thoroughly deserved 5 stars!

Very, very slow. Could have driven to Italy myself and picked up the order quicker. Never again.

Hilariously, even the response to the review is late.
