Lovely wines but lost a star as, after many, many orders with free P&P, I had to pay shipping costs on this order.

Loyalty and consistency with delivery charges
Why is it , I have many orders with you and I usually by 2 cases ( 30 bottles ), every now and then when I order a special with extras on it , I end up with a delivery charge ,which I then decline my order, where is the consistencies.or I order and a week later get a special promo with no delivery charges ,don't get me wrong I love your wines, but get no loyalty, for the orders I do put in

As usual
As usual, a reliably good selection of wines in the offer. Easy to order and pay on line, notifications of order status, and when to expect delivery all helpful. And of course, once they arrives, the wines never disappoint!

Italian nectar
Although the wine comes from Italy and takes some time to be delivered, it is well worth waiting for. Primitivo, excellence in all aspects. I’m looking forward to my amarone arriving. Great customer service, price and product.
A great find, thanks.

Wine All great but after I was told the case had been sent to despatcher on 13/08 there was no further information.
I chased it up via yourselves and the dispatcher. I had no reply from either.
Suddenly I had notification it was being delivered and it arrived the next day with very little notification 2 weeks after that date.
