We were delighted to have the opportunity to use one of the excellent suites at Gilbanks' Park Row building in central Leeds.

Their team could not have been more welcoming and helpful, particularly around technical issues as we needed to set up an online meeting with audio/visual elements.

The best thing I could say is that everything - from reception to the facilities on offer - worked perfectly for our needs. We've been delighted to return to the Park Row building again, following our initial use of the suite, and would be eager to continue Gilbanks in future.

I'm based in the Gilbanks Leeds offices and have been since 2021, throughout that time the service has always been fantastic! Anyone from the Team who you come into contact with is always super helpful and professional, special shout out to Zara and Clara!! Nothing is ever too much for them, even the last minute stressors!! The Team in Manchester are also great! Overall a wonderful team, fab service and lovely office spaces.

I visited Gilbanks for a Meeting last week and all i can say is wow! Excellent customer service from Reception, delicious coffee and beautiful spaces.

We've been housed with Gilbanks now for four years across our Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham teams with Leeds being our main HQ.
The serviced offices are superb and in my opinion, the best these cities have to offer. The meeting rooms are spotless, their management team are professional but most importantly, the staff providing support and service are extremely diligent and I'd like to give praise in particular to Zara and Clara in the Leeds office who can't do enough to be helpful too our daily requirements.

The reception team at Gilbanks Leeds are brilliant. Both Zara and Clara are always happy to help with any query I have. Great facilities and office space.

I just wanted to share my appreciation for my time working at Gilbank office in Leeds. It truly is a beautiful and comfortable space to work in. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the office is spotless. The staff is incredibly helpful, especially Claira and Zara, who are always ready to assist with any issues. If there's ever a problem in the meeting room, particularly with laptop connection, they are right there, always at hand for any support I need. Thank you, Gilbank team, for making it a fantastic experience!

Gilbanks offices are the best on the market. The furnishings and quality of the shared spaces are exceptional and the staff are attentive and provide outstanding service. The culture that is set is one of productivity and professionalism. I would gladly recommend Gilbanks to any business owner who is looking for quality office space.

I visited Gilbanks at 1 Park Row in Leeds to deliver some training, and I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team.
I didn’t catch their names, but the people at the front desk and the 3rd-floor reception were incredibly friendly and helpful.
It was my first time at the office, and they gave me a quick tour and helped me settle in. Later, when I needed to make some last-minute changes to the training room, they were really accommodating and made everything easy.

Gilbanks is a great place to be based. An immensely stylish but comfortable and welcoming workplace with excellent and helpful staff.
There are some high quality businesses based here and I have made some really interesting contacts.
Meeting clients and contacts at Gilbanks leaves them very impressed - I know many of them enquire about available office space when they leave!
