I do not belief any of these 8 reviews. This is my geuinrle experience so people are aware. I booked an appointment on line and then sent a wassapp last week. I got no response to my wassapp so decided to ring the number. The woman I spoke to was so hostile and utterly rude. It seemed I was irritating her asking so many questions such as where is the price list for the different services and why is it not on their website. I also queried if they actually respond to wassaps at which point she put the phone down on me. 5 mins later she responded to my wassapp with a price list then told me to fill in a form via wassapp with payment for an NIN number. I asked if the forms can be sent via email as nobody fills in official forms via wassapp. I also asked if wassapp is a secure way to fill in personal details. She ignored that message. Today as I went to fill in the so called form via wassapp all the forms had been deleted and looks like she blocked my number as a wassapp I sent will not go through. I would stay away from this company at all costs. There is no formality and the woman wants everything done on wassapp and she is absolutely rude and aggresive.

At the Plumstead location, I went in to finalize my BVN registration and had a superb time. The team member who helped me was well-informed and self-assured, managing the process with great professionalism. She also made sure I checked my details thoroughly to ensure their accuracy. To my delight, my BVN arrived the next business day. All in all, the service was swift and of exceptional quality.

I visited the Plumstead branch to complete my BVN registration and had an excellent experience. The staff member who assisted me was knowledgeable, confident, and handled the process very professionally. She also ensured that I carefully verified my details to confirm everything was correct. I received my BVN the next working day, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the service was efficient and of a very high standard

At the station I called for direction how to get to the office staff response was most polite and helpful. When I arrived at the office for my scheduled appointment, I was greeted with a warm smile and requested to take my seat, in a most courteous way. staff was already dealing with another client. The service was top notch. When I was being served, I felt respected and dignified. Staff Ola is very good with her public relations (PR).

She made me feel welcome right away and explained everything clearly, so I always knew exactly what was required. The office was clean, well-organized, and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, the service was smooth, efficient, and truly impressive.

I had a great experience at De-Unique on Friday morning while enrolling for my NIN and BVN. The staff member, Ola, was very professional and helpful, patiently answering my many questions in a clear and simple way. My NIN confirmation even came through while we were still processing my BVN, which really impressed me. The service was fast, the office was clean, and the entire experience was a 10/10 for me.
