Brilliant service throughout the booking process - from ticket purchase through to (online) ticket delivery.
I purchased tickets last year for an event on 26 June this year and something told me to pay extra for the insurance offered.

As it turned out, due to various mitigating forces (which were exacerbated by my husband’s medical condition), we reluctantly couldn’t attend the show.

I sent a message to the Gigantic Refund plan (as per their procedural requirements) and explained our situation. Amy responded promptly, politely and professionally, and immediately refunded the face value of our tickets.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with a HUMAN in the first instance (!) let alone one who understood our request, assessed the situation and applied logic and reasoning.

Thank you AMY! We will definitely always take out insurance as one never knows what could happen when purchasing tickets so far in advance!

Amy was really helpful with sorting out a few issues i had with disabled access tickets and replying to my emails... rather than a bot..! it made the event i went to much more enjoyable - rather than having to stress about any issues...

I often use Gigantic for my tickets when I can but on this occassion, having allowed autofill to provide an incorrect email (my bad!),meant that my e-tickets disappeared into cyberspace.

The staff were incredibly helpful sorting out a refund due to a bereavement and I was very appreciative of their kind approach.

Unfortunately due to one of our party having to pull out due to a family medical issue, we received a full face value refund for the ticket. Really appreciated the help I had from Amy, supported me during every step. Would recommend taking out the refund option, really did help in this instance.

The customer service was very fast in replying and immediately understood my situation. I got a confirmation of the promised refund within less than 24 hrs, again with fast and personal e-mail communication with the department in charge. The actual deposit on my account followed within three days. Other ticketing companies can only learn from gigantic.com, thank-you!!

We were extremely disappointed not to be able to go to Bristol to see OMD, but my 87 year old father-in-law was extremely poorly due to the extreme heat. When I explained to the Refund department (I had paid the extra for this service) what difficulties he was having, we were e-mailed by Amy within a few hours to say that our refund had been granted. We were extremely impressed by the speed of response and the understanding of our situation. We couldn't recommend the service we received from Gigantic Tickets highly enough.

Gemma you are a legend! I misclicked when placing a ticket order and didn't add on a free child ticket. Emailed CS and Gemma responded instantly and resolved the issue. On the hottest day of the year mind you, what an absolute hero.

I was expecting a drawn out process getting a refund for tickets I bought my husband that now has cancer. I was amazed at how quickly Amy responded, within an hour, and so thoughtful sending her wishes for his recovery. It meant so much. Gigantic you have a lil’ gem there I hope you treat her well!!

Booking was a nightmare. Kept logging me out because I am slow on the computer, Then tickets aren't available until nearer the time yet we are advised to rush to book to get a discount.
