Arrived fast, packed beautifully and safely. The stones are great quality, my husband absolutely loved them for his birthday. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from here again

Lovely treadmill
Lovely treadmill, nice and compact, doesn't take up too much space in the room so no need to fold it up.....can be accessible whenever I want to use it. Also has all the basic functions but does away with all the peripheral parts. It even has a slight slope (if you wanted to use it) for more effect. Arrived in a short amount of time and was easy to put order through. Thank you

They are reselling stuff from Etsy doing triple the price. They get triple the money while small business on etsy do all the handwork. For example the hamper theyre selling was $120, reversed searched found the original item for $55.

Hi Jen, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback — we always appreciate hearing from our customers. We understand price is an important consideration, and we respect that. What's shown elsewhere doesn't always reflect the full picture, including options, variations, and the service that comes with your order. We genuinely value the makers we work with and always aim to do right by both them and our customers. If you'd like us to look into your specific order, we'd be glad to help — just reach out to support@gifts-australia.com.au and we'll take care of you. 🖤

I was sent a different brand massager…
I was sent a different brand massager and then they tried to tell me the specifications were the same. Really? They accepted my return but I had to wait almost 2weeks for a return shipping label. I was then told they would process my refund once I provided the Auspost receipt confirming the item was sent. When the receipt was provided they then said the item had to arrive at the warehouse. DO NOT BUY from this company. Very poor customer experience BEWARE very unprofessional and sneaky. I will report them to Fair trading

Hi there,
We are very sorry for the frustration and delay you experienced with your return. It is never our intention to make a return feel complicated.
While we do sometimes upgrade items to a matching or better specification when a specific brand is out of stock, we completely understand you wanted the exact brand ordered. Our standard warehouse policy does require items to be scanned back into our facility before a refund is finalized, but we apologize if this timeline caused further frustration.
As we have accepted your return and your refund is underway, we hope this resolves the matter for you. Thank you for your patience through this process.
Warm regards,
The Gifts Hub Australia Team
I ordered a CerviLux™ Electric Massager…
I ordered a CerviLux™ Electric Massager but instead received a Cosseal massager. After waiting two weeks for delivery, the seller reluctantly disclosed that the item was being shipped from China. The product I received was a completely different brand from what I ordered, and it does not work at all.
The item cost nearly $100 and is entirely unusable. It has been impossible to contact the company by phone, as they do not answer calls. I have requested a refund and have yet to receive any response.
Be cautious when dealing with this company — my experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Dear Slavica,
Thank you for reaching out. We would like to clarify a few points regarding your order to ensure the facts are represented accurately:
Product Specifications: We noticed in your comments a concern regarding the power source. Please note that the listing for the CerviLux™ Massager specifies that it is a wired device designed for consistent power during use. We do not market this specific model as wireless or battery-operated.
The Return & Refund Process: We have already acknowledged your return request and it has been fully authorized. As per our standard policy, once the item is received back at our warehouse and inspected, a full refund will be processed immediately. We are simply waiting for the tracking information or the physical arrival of the return to finalize this for you.
Duplicate Reviews: We have noted that you have posted multiple reviews across different accounts regarding this single purchase. We kindly ask for your patience as we follow the official return protocol to resolve your complaint.
We pride ourselves on our service and look forward to closing this matter once the return is completed.
Best regards,
Sam
Not Happy
Never again will I buy from this place.
Tracking links you to an app and then it took 3 weeks to arrive.
What I though I was getting wasn't what I got.
Read the refund and return policy carefully also.

Hi Neilos, we're sorry your order took far longer to arrive than it should have, and that the tracking was confusing — that's not the experience we want for anyone. We'd genuinely like to look into what happened and make it right; please drop us a line at support@gifts-australia.com.au with your order number. Thank you for the feedback, and our apologies for the frustration. — The Gifts Hub Team
Not shipped after 12 days
Seems this company is taking advantage of another company with an almost identical name, this company has added a dash in between words. I placed an order on 1 April 23, the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Very suspicious 🤨
