Neck massager is hopeless, not as described... tried to email the company who promises to respond in 24 hours... took 7 day and now emailing back and forth to get a so called return label... has been weeks now so they are clearly hoping I"ll just give up. Stay away from this company... no customer service and crap items just like most pop up companies that advertise through social media and no follow up when items don't work as advertised or cheaply maade

We acknowledge our early replies were too slow, and we’ve since changed how complaints are routed so they reach our escalations team sooner. I ordered this from the U.K for my son in Australia. It arrived quickly and he is happy with it and says it will be useful around the house. The only thing that would make shopping with you better is having a wrapping option as I had to ask my daughter in law if she would do this for me.

Even at night no need to turn on the the light just step on scale and hear how much I lost absolutely love it .grandchildren laugh at first when I got it but guess who else uses it thank you.

Customer service via online was good, no real people connection so not real customer service.
Product easy to assemble.
