Great company to order hampers with, especially for business/corporate purposes. We have used Gift Hampers twice now and they have been really helpful with any issues that aren't their own fault.

Something different and luxe
Always beautifully presented with different items every year. I recommended them to my father-in-law and he also loves giving them as gifts to neighbours and colleagues. They have a good price range and the cheaper hampers are also beautifully curated. Simply excellent.

Disappointing delivery
Placed an order for an Easter Hamper for mother in law but the package was not delivered, rather gets sent to inconvenient pick up location. Fine print on the website in delivery section states they will not attempt delivery in some geographies.
Seems like an unreasonable piece of information to hide in website fine print especially when the landing page of the website highlights "Order from Anywhere, We Deliver"

In Sweden, it is standard practice for most couriers to deliver parcels to nearby pickup points rather than directly to home addresses. This is the default method used for the majority of residential deliveries and is outside of our control.
To help avoid any confusion, we clearly mention this on every relevant product page as well as in our delivery section. Sweden is the only country where this applies, and we do our best to highlight this detail for customers placing orders there.
It appears this detail may have been overlooked when placing your order, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience this caused.
Although the recipient contact details you provided were incorrect, our support team did their best to assist you. They stayed in contact throughout and arranged a convenient pickup point just 2 minutes away by car from your mother-in-law’s residence.
We value your feedback and will take it on board as we continue improving our service, to help avoid similar disappointments in the future.
We hope the gift was still well received and brought some joy once collected.

Very poor/no customer service
Very poor customer service. Days to reply to emails complaining about non-delivery of Christmas hamper. It took over three weeks to get a Hamper delivered to our friends in Budapest city! They should be able to say exactly how long it will take, as Amazon and Ebay do. I've called the UK number many time to receive a recorded message that the office is currently closed and opens between 9am and 5pm, even though i called within these times!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
I guess they don' want to speak with anyone because they don'[t want to asked for a refund!
Based on my experience i recommend that you ADOID THIS COMPANY

Please note that due to adverse weather in parts of Europe at this time, most of our team is currently working from home, and is why we are not available to take your call.
I see your order was placed after the Christmas cut-off time, which was mentioned in a large notice at the top of the page, and you were also required to select the standard delivery option which showed the estimated delivery timeframe up until 2nd January, as provided by the courier.
Courier delays do sometimes happen at the peak of Christmas and are unfortunately outside of our control. However we see the gift arrived a few days ago and do hope it was well received by the recipient. We apologise on behalf of the courier for the few days delay and the inconvenience it may have caused.
I see our team already reached out to you explaining the above by email.

An absolute joke
An absolute joke. Ordered Christmas gift hamper early december and 1 week after Christmas still not delivered. Standard reply from support saying we are "looking into it" adds no value. If you can't deliver in a timely manner don't accept my order. Would I recommend you - absolute not. Stay clear of this mob and pick a local dealer instead.

Whilst we thank you for your review, we would like to clarify the details as we feel they are not an accurate representation of the details of your order.
The gift was ordered on the 13th of December, and whilst that may appear early, that is not the case when ordering gifts online during the peak season. Due to the volume of gifts delivered at that time all couriers experience delays (and that is unfortunately, completely out of our control).
On our website, we had a clear message at the time of your order being placed, that the cut-off time for a Christmas delivery had passed, and that all deliveries were at a 5-10 working days minimum, excluding any courier delays as stated above. We make these notices very visible, to avoid customer disappointment later on, however in your case it seems this was overlooked.
The delivery timeframe of your order was between Christmas and the early New Year, however as per your support ticket, you requested cancelling the gift before it could reach the destination. As per your request we have cancelled the gift and refunded you.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and wish you a good start to the new year.
Professional and easy to use service
I live in the UK and wanted a special gift for my 65-year-old brothers birthday who lives in Malta.
The service was fantastic making it easy for me to send such a quality gift.
I would 100% recommend them to anyone .

An excellent experiecne - highly recommended
Excellent choice of hampers and keenly priced. Gift Hampers` ability to deliver to Luxembourg (in my case) set them apart, given that big name suppliers in the UK seem unable to do this, as a result of EU regulations, presumably since Brexit. The payment system was smooth and easy, the updates from Gift Hampers by email were timely and helpful. The hamper was delivered right on time and the contents greatly appreciated by the recipient. All in all, fantastic product and service. Highly recommended.

A great idea for a Christmas gift
