Great company to order hampers with, especially for business/corporate purposes. We have used Gift Hampers twice now and they have been really helpful with any issues that aren't their own fault.

Perfect Gift for Christmas
This hamper was bought for my best friend in Malta who video called me to show me it & say how lovely it was & I was very happy with it & will definitely buy another one! Beware this co. I paid for a full hamper with various items which cost €100 and they sent a SINGLE stuffed animal to the family which have just had a baby. When I asked what happened they claimed they need photo receipts and didn’t want to take responsibility to refund or replace for the correct order which was originally placed. Naturally I asked the family to please send photo receipts but you can imagine life with a newborn and other kids, the order is meant as a a GIFT, not supposed to be a BURDEN of following up with customer service ad Infinitum. Total shame, joke and total scam. Avoid if you’re using it for gifting, they’ll shame and burden you.
PS: edit to the below reply— I would happily send you photos had I received the item myself, but I didn’t did I? Both parents assured me the single stuffed animal arrived in my name, and you can imagine me harassing them to send a picture when they hardly have time to get proper sleep? I asked them once and gave them your email. This had been unresolved for several months now and the original mistake of sending the wrong item is your responsibility, therefore I shall not use your services again and have concluded you are scamming people by sending a single stuffed animal and getting paid €100 for it. Shameful

We are sorry to hear that this matter remains unresolved, but it is important to clarify that our team responded to your first message within hours and followed up multiple times without receiving a reply. Your support ticket is still open and ready to be resolved.
We requested a quick photo of what was received so we could verify the issue and arrange either a replacement or a refund without delay.
The item you describe is not something we stock - the hamper you ordered contained multiple items, including wine and chocolates, which do not match your description. This suggests there may have been a mix-up at the recipient’s end, perhaps with another gift they received around the same time.
We completely understand that life with a newborn can be busy. However, without the requested photo, we cannot confirm the delivery contents and therefore cannot responsibly process a refund or replacement. This is standard practice across our industry and a reasonable requirement given the nature of the claim.
We take any delivery error seriously and remain ready to resolve this in full as soon as we receive the requested photo. Please feel free to send this to us so we can bring the matter to a swift conclusion.
