Good quality product and kept me informed all the way re shipping and delivery.

Very disappointed, spent $52 on a 4 inch plaque made of flimsy material. Refund policy states that the product will be refunded if it’s not what you expected, but when I requested a refund or credit to purchase something more durable at an additional cost, they said no refund could be provided. They DON’t care about the customer, even when I was willing to buy something else? Obviously a scam and I wish I would have read reviews before my first purchase (which will be the last!)

Do not purchase anything from giftgoprints! I would give a negative score if I could. I was told my order was out for delivery but it never came. The tracking button led to a site that said I had to obtain a license which cost hundreds of dollars. This company is a scam!

I’m adding an additional review because I did buy four items, and feel the need to warn every single person to be aware of this place. As all the other reviews have claimed, these are very cheap and nasty little pieces of plywood that are falsely represented with their ads and photographs. You will not get a response from them at all, fortunately I paid through PayPal and created a dispute through them and ‘eventually’ over a month later was granted a refund, however I have to pay the ‘expensive cost’ to return these faulty items to China.
Steer clear of this overpriced disgusting price gouging company. Go to Temu or SHEIN, you can get the same product for less than $10, of which you’ll actually get what you paid for, unlike this company.
I paid for two velvet bags, mind you at $5US a piece, of which I was so excited to order to present these so-called ‘beautiful 3D ornaments/plaques” in, and I only received one very ill fitting, cheaply made crooked, velvet bag with two plaques stuffed into the one bag.
This DISASTER cost me $123.59 and wish I had known differently then and not put my trust in their fake and unrealistic advertisements.
I would not gift this to an enemy let alone to the persons that I had ordered them for. I would be so embarrassed..
They were faulty, cheap and nasty, painted pieces of wood.
You will have no luck with THIS COMPANY trying to gain a refund because they will not respond to you..
I cannot stress enough, please steer clear of this company.

The picture of the gift was clearly 3D and looks great but the actual product was 1mm ply board. I was charged over 80AUD for something worth about $10 if that. It was bought as a gift for my daughter in law but I’m too embarrassed to give it to her.

Giftgoprints misrepresented the item. I contacted them but they did not care, did not respond. Bought/ordered item 6/29/26 for $36+, as a gift that was to be a figurine about 4.5 x4.5 x4.5 inches. Around 7/25/26 I received a piece of cardboard with a cardboard holder to place it in so it would stand up. Absolutely a RIP OFF.

Wish I had read reviews. We also got bamboosled. The pictures absolutely look 3D and the actual item is flat as a board. Wasted $43. Won’t give it as a gift to anyone particularly the daughter it was intended for.

The reviews are all true. This is an absolutely bogus company. The book lovers items look like 3d ceramics and are supposedly 1/2 price from almost $50. They are junk. Simple little wooden plaques that look like ornaments. Wish I had read reviews before I bought. Stay away!!

TOTALLY misleading marketing for their Girl Who Loves Books pieces. Ads visually look like 3D figurine and it’s a cardboard cutout with a chincy stand. When I received the items (I bought two at about $30/each), I was so disappointed. I went back and reread the product description and it does say Standing wooden plaque. My bad. Been a long time since I got ripped off so badly. Item is garbage for the price!!!

This product is nothing like what is advertised. The marketing shows a 3D, ceramic looking statue when in fact it is a cheap, wooden cut out figure. Very deceiving advertising, very poor value for money.

I ordered the girl reading. The picture of if on the website was beautiful. The actual item is awful. The picture of had depth and shading. The item is a flat piece of wood with pale painting. There was no velvet pouch that I ordered. I paid $56 for a $3 item.
