I brought a song the 6th feb which was lovely however I later on the 8th paid for the streaming this was meant to take 3 days this was with the view of it being live for valentines day it is now the 22nd and still not done I have requested a full refund for this given it is now too late.i like the concept behind this but the execution not so much.

We did receive your email and replied within minutes, issuing your refund straight away as requested. Unfortunately, all major streaming distribution services experienced unexpected technical issues over the past week and have been unable to provide reliable timelines for releases. This means songs could go live within days or potentially take a couple of weeks, which is far beyond the schedule we announced.
Our main service is creating and delivering your personalized song, which was completed on time. The optional streaming add-on unfortunately does not depend on us, as publishing to Spotify and other platforms must go through third-party music distributors.
We completely understand how important the timing was for Valentine’s Day, and we sincerely regret that this situation was outside our control. Thank you for giving our service a try, and we hope the original song itself still brought some value.

I thought I would create a song for my wife for valentines day. I could not believe the site created 4 versions of such a beautiful song, all very different. The lyrics are amazing we can't stop listening to all the songs. Fantastic value and a gift that will live with us for many years to come.
