Ordered a hoodie in 2022, never arrived, asked time and time again and got told it was on its way, that they had some trouble with the production and they would be shipped soon. I also checked their tagged posts and there wasn’t a single one with that hoodie, so I’m guessing they were never even made. Well, got scammed, at least it was just one item…

Got an email months later saying they were going through restructing or something and would be shipped out and months later still nothing.

Filed a chargeback.

Scammers. Do not order anything from them because you loose money. They’ve cheated so many people not sending the goods they paid for with me as well. They delete unpleasant comments and restrict adding negative about people being cheated so other people can not know about bad reputation of this scammer.

ordered a hoodie feb 14, 2023 and over a year later and still nothing. they finally dm'ed me on ig after i commented on their picture september 2023 saying i'll receive a tracking number soon just to be ignored. i asked for a refund and also got ignored yet they have time to make and sell other stuff. avoid at all cost.

Ordered in February 2023. I haven't received anything yet. Order preparation was somewhere in the summer but I never got a delivery mail or tracking. Product never left the company to be sent. I was one of the lucky ones that could exchange info with the support service they provide... but they are not openly helpful or resolutive. I don't recommend.

ACT: I got the product on 6 March 2024. A long way... BUT the product is of GOOD quality! I don't recommend the experience though.

Garbage. Been over 2 years of being ignored I did everything I'm supposed too and still didn't get my order

When I ordered my first hoodie 2 years ago everything was fine. Good quality, fast delivery.

My 2nd order arrived quick too, but it was the wrong hoodie I received and after I told him my problem nothing happened, so I still have it lying around since it’s too small and looks ugly imo.

I then ordered again in april last year and got brushed off a thousand times without getting anything yet, just like many others atm.

It’s just sad to see such a negative development over the years. Don’t support him with your money, you’ll be disappointed afterwards.

Still waiting on an order over a year later. Ignored by customer service and the instagram. Do not give this guy your money.

Attention, scam!
Ordered 2 hoodies in december 2022 and still haven't received anything. Have written to the support several times, either they don't reply or just say 'please be patient'. Got 1 email in summer saying the items would be delivered at the end of June. Now it's November.
Absolute waste of money, keep your hands off this website!!!

Avoid.
Ordered two Hoodies on separate occasions. One turned up very late with only partial printing. The other hasn't arrived months later and Instagram and email.corresponfance is ignored.

I ordered a hoodie from them on April 12th, 2023 it is at the time of writing this review July 26th, 2023 and have not received a tracking info nor any information of when I could expect it. Contacted them and still nothing, had to file a dispute on PayPal, once I get this hoodie will never shop with them again.

Amazing products and great service! Would definitely recommend. If you’re looking for high quality anime manga merch then they are the company for you!
