I love the red Pokémon hoodie they made. And I also like game boy images on the back and also around the hoodie even with the print on it looks sick. And the customer service is great. Got mines and I love it.

I really respect his work, craft and dedication to giving us the best quality stuff. I like that he messages me personally if there is anything I need or have a question about when it comes to his stuff. The detail on his product shows that he really takes his time to focus on his vision and I respect that! He also receives any feedback and that shows me his care for his crowd. GhostSupply is a SCAM! Nicholas Speed (owner of GhostSupply) will take your money for orders that he will never fulfill all while making the claim that they are still in progress for literal years on end. I have just reached the 3rd year anniversary on an order number that still has not been fulfilled. To make matters worse, he is actively bribing close members on his business discord server with free shirts to post positive reviews on sites like this to help make his scam seem more legitimate.

Ignores emails and DMs, still waiting on order from march. Has literally been bribing folks on discord for good reviews. Still a large amount of people still waiting on orders. Doesn’t want to issue a refund but still sells things on site. Feel scammed out of my money honestly.

I placed an order in March and have still not received it. There were some mass updates up until July, and then radio silence. Multiple emails and instagram DMs have been sent but with no reply

Production can take a bit, especially since Ghost is doing literally everything solo. From making items to order to dealing with a fire setback in 2024, repairing backlogs, and rebuilding. Ordered in April is just on the way in the post now. I get the frustrations of some when it’s taking a while but if you just talk it out with Ghost he will definitely sort it out for you as soon as he can. Outside of the delay I have nothing to complain about, he is nice and does his best to accommodate any needs with your order.

He’s working hard to catch up and it’s definitely worth a purchase. Especially with the new line of ready to ship items which you’ll get quick.

I ordered a T-shirt that cost 40 dollars. It took almost a month for it to come and then once received was very disappointed. The shirt was oversized and the neck area was very loose. Almost as if there was no lining in the neck witch made it look even worse. Very loose and slouchy looking. Will never order from them again. Total waist of money and extremely dissatisfied!

Sooo its a love hate relationship w this company!!! I just was salty waiting for months !!! But in the end Never had any issues. I ordered 2 hoodies on march 16 and realized i forgot the po box and months went buy try contacting them no response then my girl posted about them and he finally got back to me !! I get he has alot of orders going out and is super busy wirh work and non work he finally got back to and fixed the issue i also was so salty and talked smack to him but i apologized it all worked out i also ordred stuff from him before and it came so i know hes not a scam!!!! It jist takes a while i remember in the past they take a couple months !!! Im just happy he fixed my issue i felt like they were never gonna come !!! But good things comes to those who are paitent i got the demon slayer and re4 hoodie resident evil is my fav game and i love anime !!! I can see why the hoodies took a while theyre so badass i dont even wanna wear them ! Im just gonna hang them on my wall how cool and unuiqe they are !!!! Again this company deserves a couple months wait !!!!! Love ya ghost supply keep doing yall !!!!! In the end i love this company!!!!

Almost two years since I placed my order - with no response to my emails, messages, anything. It’s so frustrating to watch the seller come out with new merchandise when orders YEARS old remain unfulfilled, or not refunded. I wish I had done more research before ordering because I don’t think I’ll ever see my order or my money again.

Awesome. This is my 5th or 6th order from ghost supply and it is always quality work. I never fail to get a compliment when I am wearing GS for whatever that’s worth. If I ever had a wait, it was worth it. Most orders came very quickly.

Bought some stuff in the past that was high quality and delivered on time. My past few purchases have been backlogged for almost two years, but I am now working directly with the artist to finally have them completed. He’s a friendly guy, just a bit over his head with orders. I do however want to be transparent and express my displeasure with how long I’ve had to wait for these items, as someone should not be taking money from you if the product can’t be delivered in a timely manner. I had to chase after the artist for many months, over many platforms of communication as well. I was told my orders would ship, never did. But again, I’m now in contact with them directly and have already received one of my hoodies. The quality of the prints are superb. I appreciate the labor put into these pieces immensely, just being realistic with what was expected and what I got.

Good communication and product

I’ve been purchasing items since 2020-2021 and noticed the decline in attentiveness as time progressed, but this is a one man project rather than a big business with mass production. Despite that, there hasn’t been a decline in quality of the products Ghost conjures. The time and patience he gives to each and every one of his pieces goes to show how seriously he is about his craft, and that time and patience towards order fulfillments should be reciprocated as a consumer. Give this man support, he’s back.
