As a receptionist, weave gives me the opportunity to answer back to customers instantly. I would recommend if your interested with one-on-one with your customers.

It is so nice to be able to communicate through text message. A lot of times people don't have the time to take away to spend 10 minutes on the phone, but it is easy to send a quick text!
Ignored and Frustrated
Weave’s platform itself has a clean, user-friendly interface and is built with good functionality in mind. From a software perspective, it seemed like a solid solution for our needs, and we were hopeful when we first signed up. Unfortunately, the experience since then has been overwhelmingly negative.
The biggest issue has been Weave’s customer support—or lack thereof. Since the beginning, we’ve had problems with the Weave Help feature not working. I’ve reached out numerous times over the past year via both email and phone. Despite all of my inquiries, not a single person has followed up, let alone resolved the issue. It’s incredibly frustrating to be continuously ignored, especially when we’re paying for a service that we expected to come with some level of support.
Once the initial setup was complete, it felt like we became an afterthought. The lack of accountability and communication from Weave’s team has made it clear that customer service is not a priority for them. It’s unfortunate, because the product has potential—but without reliable support, it’s not a tool I can recommend.
Bottom Line: DO NOT SIGN UP unless you’re prepared to manage issues completely on your own. I genuinely regret choosing Weave.

It barely works!
It barely works!
Weave WAS a decent product until they changed the desktop app. Now, I can barely access it. It takes hours to launch if it does come up. Even then, it buffers while transitioning between modules and don't leave it idle for more than minutes because it then needs to refresh. WAY too much down time when they tout an all in one product. You'll be unable to correspond with patients, accept/sent faxes or take payments. If they would go back to the older "phone" app, then it'd be worth considering keeping it. Switching to a new software ASAP!

Reminders and text messages
Love the reminders and the availability to text. The patient love the texting ability also. I also love that I can have the app on my phone and check text, messages and the schedule if need be.

The Weave platform is easy to use!
The Weave platform is easy to use and navigate. Everything I need is in one place. I can check text and voicemail in the same place. I can also look at who would like to schedule and for what day and time. There is a place where I can go through the weave training if I need to refresh my knowledge.
Very Happy Weave Customer
I was a Weave customer at a previous practice and was excited to implement it at my current one. The integration with our PIMS has been seamless, and the support team has consistently been responsive and helpful whenever needed. I also really appreciate the insights provided by Call Intelligence—Weave is clearly committed to staying innovative and ahead of the curve!
