Caller ID incorrect and you won't fix.
Call each month with a new issue. The issue you refuse to fix, which was not a problem when i was with Ring Central or any other company over the past 20 years, is how our business name shows up on caller ID. I have been given the run around, tell me you'll escalate but don't offer a ticket# or a POC, and tell me it can't be fixed. It is incredibly disruptive for our business name not to show up on a client's caller id.

Worst Company
Good luck ever reaching customer service, not only was it near impossible to add my card to pay them for months with support?! But it was impossible to cancel this service. 30 day turnaround, customer service call over an hour only to have someone call me back in 3-4 days to discuss cancellation?! I have used many platforms for my clinics this is by far the worst. Any positive reviews have to be fake, truly I don't know how you can have a positive experience, I never take the time to leave reviews but I am so frustrated that I have taken additional time out of my day to warn others.
There are so many options, avoid Weave.

Too many support issues
We have had weave for a few years now and every few months, we have an issue with weave not linking with our system and therefore, patients do not get texts AND patients get texts when they do not have an appointment for that day. When calling support you HAVE to have 3 examples or they will refuse to assist you. This has happened at least 8 times in the past 3 years and even though it is the same issue every time, it is difficult for them to understand and fix the issue. Currently we are on day 9 of them trying to "fix" it and they have now said that we can not reschedule an appointment, we must cancel it and make a new appointment every time a patient reschedules even though it is happening to new and cancelled appointments as well. I currently have 20 patients scheduled for tomorrow and weave only shows 3. When I sent them the screen shot showing this, they insist on me sending 2 more examples before they will help even though I have already sent them 3 examples of the schedule not linking last week and another example two days ago . I currently have a demo scheduled with RevenueWell to look into changing due to the lack of customer service. When Weave works, it's great but when it doesn't, I dread having to call their support.

NO SUPPORT
The support is very bad. You must have someone in your office that can spend weeks installing phones and learning the system. If anything goes wrong, support will be happy to Google the question while on the phone with you. Most of the calls are outsourced. Once they make the sell, good luck. They give no direct contact information. They do not list the contact information for anyone in leadership.

Weave worked fine for us for over a year. Integrated well with our software. Did not use support often, but after they had and outage in June we have had nothing but problems. Support is horrendous. After months, they are blaming our networking equipment. The made recommendations for updating our routers/modem, but they list was years out and the equipment no longer made. They WILL NOT let you speak to a manager. Again, support is horrific. Will be looking elsewhere.

2hour + Phone Call No Resolution
Spent 2 hours and 26 minutes to not get a resolution. Digital Documents are not sending correctly into the profile of minors, and when speaking with Customer Service, I was told they were asking the Back End team for a solution. I asked to speak with the Back End Team and was told "they are not accepting calls and will not be speaking with customers at this time." So let's go through that logic, the team that can address the high-tech side of the issue won't speak with the customer? Does that make sense? Paying for a company and then being denied communication access to the team that can fix the issue. Our business has 100's and 100's of minor patients who legally have to have parents' signatures and parents' forms of communication. This whole experience has been exceptionally frustrating and I am wondering what I am even paying for at this point.

The worst customer service I have dealt with in a long time. I literally have asked via phone and email almost ten times to please speak with the someone who can help us with our problems and they will not let me speak with anyone. No one can or will help us. They are so terrible.

This service was horrible from the beginning. I was told that the service could provide online booking only to find out after we signed up that it could not. Our service was "accidentally" cancelled after 3 months leaving us without phone service for days until it was resolved. Absolutely terrible communication!

This company is terrible. We have been a customer for 2+ years. We have eight phones and are down to one phone working. We’ve have been on the phone every day for 5 weeks for hours upon hours! They’ve sent four new phones and nothing works! Zero support, zero escalation of our issue. Terrible!
