This was absolutely ridiculous. I've been waiting for fifteen days for my goods, it was allegedly being sent by Evri and now Evri are saying that I requested the goods to be sent back to the supplier. This is not true!! I wanted these knee supports and now I don't know where they are or if I'll get my money back

Purchased and I received 3x straps- they took 2 weeks to arrive - I emailed to say they were too short and wanted to return them with 25% refund, 50% etc. I eventually said I am not accepting this and as I have a 60 day guarantee, then I want a full refund.
Wish I'd read the review before purchasing these .
Please reply to my emails - I will take this further if not heard by the end of the week

These arrived in plain packaging and had no branding. Nothing like the advert and it was hard cheap plastic. They looked like they had come from TEMU for £1 not £40 that I had paid for 2 sets. Asked for a full refund immediately. Reply took over 3 days and they offered me 25% discount rather than a refund. I refused this and stated I wanted a full refund. Yet again another few days passed with no reply and then I get a reply offering me 50% discount. This is totally unacceptable. Their returns policy is full refund within 30 days. They try everything to not give you a refund. I got my money back via the credit card company by raising a payment dispute.

Purchased two and after a very long delay I received two poorly finished straps. The silver bits had jagged edges. I emailed to say I wasn't happy and kept getting fobbed off with 10% refund, 20% etc. I eventually said I am not accepting this and as I have a 60 day guarantee, then I want a full refund. Even when I wore these, I got blisters from them rubbing under my knee. Cheap crap and awful company.

Did nothing and un comfortable to wear

Pleasantly surprised. Since using Stryde I have had no issues with the lateral forces which would result in weakness and pain in my left knee. I am back to full effort workouts and using it doing all kinds of yard work; activities I had to back off of or do at half effort.

You have to pick your way through the many poor copy products on the market. I got one from an Asian supplier it was lightweight poorly made and gave me know benefit at all..
I finally got through to Stryde.co, I found their website presentation was good,it all made a lot of simple sense and the follow up with their staff was pleasant and very helpful. I am very pleased with my purchase and the advise I received to help set up positioning the Stryde strap to work for my knee problem.
It is important to take time siting the strap properly on the knee area and don't put it on too tight, I soon found the Sweet spot it all works well and as promised
I have 95% less pain and am really pleased.

So far so good. I am able to walk further - with pain that is controllable - I don't expect to be pain free - as the arthritis in knees is extremely bad - added to that I over worked myself in gym and ended up in hospital with sciatica - so doctor banned me from the gym - only swimming allowed which I don't really care to do - (only done after forcing myself! Lol) walking is my first choice of exercise (walking 3miles before hitting the gym -:reaching my target - until I mashed up oneself Lol) - so thanks to this brace I am able to walk improving each day. Thanks Stryde for giving my life back slowly but surely. Anne-Marie Lawrence

I knew what I needed for my knees but never found it until I found the Stryde knee strap. It has helped not only my knees but my posture as well. As an aside, I was wearing the strap while shopping and an individual came up and asked me "does it work because I am desperate". Quickly, I pulled up and shared with her the Stryde information I had available. I am happy to say I told the other individual the Styrde strap IS the only thing I found that does work.

Tried many creams, pills and exercises from the hospital but nothing really worked. Bought the stryde support and am now walking our dog 5 miles every day. It's brilliant!

I have had the stride for 2 weeks. It has definately help me. Glad I gave it a try.

When I heard about Stryde I was s bit sceptical but when it arrived and tried it I have not had a limp or pain for over a month now and I have recommended to quite a few other with similar knee problems

Very pleased with strap does what it says have to make sure it is in the right place

Bought one from Amazon then saw claims that these were fake.
I asked customer support but got an answer which had nothing to do with my question. I'm assuming Laura is AI?
Anyway the Amazon version seems perfectly ok and you only had to buy one for just under £15 instead of the 2 for one offer of just under £30.

Cheap Temu rubbish! They are very uncomfortable, hurt the back of your knee, do not buy from these guys

Great comfort and relief of knee pain,only down side is that they are slightly too big and slide down when I’m working.

Did not receive the product, their courier company showed proof of delivery to the wrong address with photos of a different address!! All this evidence & they wanted a sworn affidavit (nope) & my Driver’s License (I did send edited) to prove it wasn’t my address. Don’t ever send a driver’s license, even edited - my credit card company confirmed that, I knew it wasn’t necessary but this company insisted. Wrong!! Exchanged 15 emails, their story changes & still would not send me a refund. Horrible customer service, beware. Finally received a refund weeks later after my credit card company went after them. Worst customer service, my message to resolve this was passed to over seven people, only one was qualified & understood their mess, what a joke. Absolutely unprofessional and callous. If you value service & good products, don’t order here.

I bought from the official website & not from one of the hundreds of scam websites.
Knee bands took about 9 days to arrive but with very easy tracking. I find the bands very helpful & they really support my knees. I think lots of people are confusing the copy fakes with the real thing.

Very poor service and product ,my knees hurt more after using than before but the bigger issue is despite the claim of easy hassle free returns with no questions asked this is a con I have been chasing for a week after initial contact was asked to try different positions and tensions which I did but it was no better so I went back for my refund as per the stated policy to be offered a 25%refund then 50% refund without the need to send back !! Obviously I refused and now my mails are ignored !!! So I would avoid at all costs

Stryde really helps with reducing knee pain osteoarthritis.I have been advised after xrays to both my knees that I could possibly need knee replacement surgery.
I have now deffered proceeding with surgery at this point in time since the Stryde straps are so good reducing the pain improving my mobility when used whilst taking cocoldermol tablets.
They work for me and I hope that you would also find they would for you.
I have had numerous people approach me to enquire if they are any good and I have said yes for the above mentioned reasons.
