Did not think this would help, but it does. I need another knee replacement, and this stabilizes my knee so it hurts less and is more stable. I'm a retired nurse, so am pleasantly surprised!

I recieved the product on time, ordering was easy put them on -perfect reduced discomfort considerably walking was a lot easier

Excellent. Does what it says on the tin. Gives good support for the knees.

Relatively fast delivery. It took a few attempts to get these positioned correctly, but amazingly, they have helped!!! They did, however, cause blisters on both knees that I have resolved with bandaids. They stay in place and even when not cinched tight, they provide some relief after only 3 days of wearing all the time. I have several pairs of other brands that did nothing except make my knees more sore. And they did not stay in place. After walking around with the others, they eventually slid down my leg.

I’ve been in agony and they have made a difference especially going down the stairs. Thanks for a great product that works and I’ve just ordered some for a friend too.

Took a bit of time coming but well worth the wait, can walk the dogs again unimpeded

I was sceptical about the whole idea of an under knee strap helping so bought a cheap one on Amazon to test the idea.
I couldn't believe how good it was but the strap was flimsy and I couldn't see the cheap velcro even lasting my holiday. So I ordered a pair of Stryde straps confident this was the way ahead. Guess what? The Stryde straps were identical to the cheap and nasty one. In every way. I was so disappointed in the quality of the Stryde product. 🤬
Incidently any negative posts you make on their Facebook page are automatically taken down so all the reviews look glowing.

My wife was waiting for a Knee replacement opperation, I saw the band on Facebook and I thought I would get one,if it dont work we have not lost too much. My wife put it on and within hours her pain had reduced,It was not totaly gone but reduced to a point where you could ignore it.She is in her 70's and it helped a lot untill she had her opp and now she is in pain nothing can cure untill it heals.. I am also using two I am 85 and have one replacement knee whic
is 22 years old and is worn out so I am getting pain from that but I will never have another knee opp. So I use your band and it helps me cope with the pain.Also I am wearing one on my other knee because I need an opp on that I havent a clue how your band it works but it does. Pleased so far. I've been wearing it for a couple of weeks and I have definitely felt improved stability and reduced pain. I am able to walk further - and not pain free but better. The order was delivered within a week and the ordering was easy.

First time I used them they felt great. Walked better with less pain, but when I took them off both my knees had bruises on them. Therefore I am not happy with them. Now I use them over my knee guards but don’t know if they work that way but spending that money for them I have to make use of them

I have walked up the stairs two legged for the first time in two yrs..

I am waiting for a knee replacement and I am in constant pain when I use stryde i am in less pain and find it easier to walk

Ordered direct from Stryde and received my order within 7 days and kept well informed of the tracking. Bought them for my wife who suffers with osteoarthritis and was struggling with pain as we like to hike. In her instance they have been a big help and allowed her to complete 7km walk with very little discomfort. Prior to this she would suffer the following day, but after wearing the Stryde support has been absolutely fine. So it may not work for all but in our case it has been 30 quid well spent.

Absolute game changer for me. I am able to walk better and it helps keeping the pain at bay.

My wife has secondary breast cancer with cancer has gon into her bones, using the strap has dramatically improved her ability and not having to strap the whole knee has made things better for her.

I was sceptical on how a strap could improve her moment and decrease the pain, but happily I was proved wrong

I was looking for a knee support which targeted pain around the patella - "Runner's Knee".
I have knee issues when sitting still for long periods, especially in a cramped location where I can't stretch my leg. I'm also a runner so the extra wear and tear resulting from that may be partly responsible.
I started using the Stryde strap on one or both knees when running, to replace the neoprene supports I've been using for years. I felt those helped align the knee joints but they get hot (a deliberate design feature to improve blood circulation) and restricted movement whereas the Stryde seems to provide more support where it counts without the bulk of the all-round support.
I also wear the strap when driving long distances. It doesn't solve the problem completely of course but it certainly seems to help reduce knee pain and is more convenient to use than the neoprene supports and is less obtrusive.

Ive got a left knee bone on bone that is very painful.
Stryde has been my "support" for about a month. The pain is less and the added band helps me walk a bit farther.
