Order was placed, received Email confirming order, and money removed from my account on 3/28/22. I have made multiple attempts through Email and phone calls to get an update on when the product will ship but cant get a response. I'm going to call my credit card company to see if they will refund the money due to fraud.

I ordered a part March 12. The money came out of my account already but my product still has not shipped. We have contacted the company and have not gotten a reply. I am very dissatisfied at this point and will not be ordering from this website again.

Before you order, READ:

“Live chat” is incorrect. You must leave a message with an email and hope to hear back. Guess what! I have NOT received a response. I placed an order with 2 day shipping. Guess what I received 11 days later! Check the website, notice anything?? NO PHONE NUMBER. Good luck getting in touch with anyone. The availability of parts brought me to this site. The nonexistent customer service will prevent my return. This may need to be put back on PayPal, maybe they can fix this error and I can receive a refund.

Found what I needed, waiting on the order, hope it’s a quality product. Ordered some fog lights from another company, they work but the quality is a little to be desired.

I ordered a part and got an email that said it was on back order so I waited and they emailed saying that they got the part and we’re processing my order but it’s been almost a month and still no updates. I tried contacting the company but they never answered I wouldn’t trust this company get your parts somewhere else I’m getting a refund

Edit: They finally reached out and answer my emails after I posted this and they delivered the part. It fit and worked perfectly but it seems like they only ever respond if you threaten them. Maybe they would have still shipped it if I didn’t post this but idk. If your having trouble reaching then or getting your part I would copy this and threaten them as well and maybe they’ll respond. That’s what I did I copied the threat from another review and it worked.

They are unprofessional, lack organization, and their customer service is poor. They don't answer emails or offline chat messages. You have to wait forever to chat with a rep online instead.
I was sent the wrong car part (driver vs. passenger side); I know I ordered the correct one, but somehow it got changed in their faulty system. Yet I was informed I would be responsible for return costs--they don't offer exchanges--and that would result in something like $30 in shipping costs for me.
I am a university professor teaching a business class . . . lots of fodder here for me to share with students about how NOT to conduct business.

It was easy. Pick your part and confirm it by Vin number.

I ordered a part on-line a couple months ago and have been getting the infamous, biweekly e-mails that the part in still on back order with a fulfillment date of another 2 weeks.
I asked for a refund, we’ll see how long it takes and if it quick, I’ll upgrade my review of them.
While did not get the part I ordered because of part ordering, they did process my refund within just a few hours and I checked my credit card and the refund is there the same day. I'll give them credit for good customer service.

I didnt read the previous reviews unfortunately. I ordered a part that was unable to be obtained by my dealership on our Lincoln MKC. They "had it in stock" supposedly. I even checked with the vin indicator. Once it came, I attempted to install it, but it wasn't correct. I did talk via chat and got a RMA to return it. I returned it in it's original condition and box, then nothing for weeks. I never had anyone respond after they were supposed to refund me. They sent me an email that stated they were going to refund me, but never did. I bet they get away with that a lot, since most people never look at their statements. I bought through paypal, so i opened a dispute, which took a while... paypal refunded me finally and I assume they will go after the seller directly. What a bunch of losers! Just do the right thing and you'll be successful.

The worst place or website to order a parts. There's not any person responsible once they have you money, two months waiting for the parts, and someone said that is a "National problem".

Review update!!! Wanted to share with the public that Mike from GetOEMparts responded and my order is shipping. I realize times are different right now, but still think fast responses to emails are critical today. I'm happy to say they responded to my email though and my order is supposedly shipping. Thanks GetOEMparts. (Below was my original review).
Terrible service and terrible customer response. Maybe I should say no response! Ordered several hundred dollars worth of parts, and didn't receive them to date, and can not get a response as to when or if I'll get them. No number to call! I don't even know if this place exists. Filed a dispute with my CC company and will take it to our AG soon. Do not do business with them.

One of the parts I ordered was already broken when I got them and there was no one to call or chat and there is no place to complete return or refund. Totally disappointed after waiting for a week.

Order a $150 brake caliper and received a $10 mud flap.

As others have said, do not order from here, it will either come months later or will come wrong. They also own Tasca parts which is who actually "fulfilled" the order but their reviews and customer service are no better... no surprise there

Absolutely garbage customer service. I ordered my part nearly a month ago. I’ve emailed them three times and nothing. Their site said my part would be to their warehouse in 3 to 5 days. That was over two weeks ago. The site still says pending.

Oh! No! Wish I had read in here first. Each time I get to ’next’ in chat queue, get kicked off with ‘off line ‘ please try again later.

Very easily looked up the part I wanted and ordered it! However, the shipping charge seemed a bit steep!

So far limited communication about my part been special ordered. That was around a week ago but no other communication if the special order arrived or when I can expect to receive my part or offer a refund or special shipping, nothing. Is like ordering from ghosts.

I used GetOEMParts because their prices were better than the "other guys." Unfortunately, my order status is unknown and now, after some initial communication, they are silent on their end. I sent another message on their contact page that frankly I am not even expecting a reply to, but hey let's hope I am wrong. They are not a business I will be using again.
