I’ve been with Mindful Health since 2023
I’ve been with Mindful Health since before the transition from DONE, and my experience has been mixed. The biggest positive is the convenience of the service — the online model makes getting care much easier than traditional in-person options, which I really appreciate. That said, the convenience comes with some trade-offs.
Over time, I’ve had to switch providers multiple times, which makes it hard to build consistency and continuity of care. There’s also no mobile app, which makes communication feel clunky and outdated. The messaging platform itself is very unreliable — about half the time it won’t even let me send a message.
Response times are another major downside. You shouldn’t expect to hear back from your provider for at least 3 days, so if you need urgent support, this probably isn’t the right service. Scheduling can also be frustrating with limited and sometimes odd appointment availability.
Overall, it’s convenient and can work if you’re patient and don’t need quick communication, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

I'm really happy to have found Mindful. After navigating ADHD my whole life, finding something that is reliable, affordable and quick to response is a game changer. From the physicians to the customer support staff- everyone at Mindful is warm and helpful.

Service sucks
Service sucks. Doctor calls the day you run out of meds to tell you you have to make an appointment to get a refill. Absolutely ridiculous. I absolutely support English language learners, but I would like to speak to a customer service rep that I can understand. Not worth the price by even half.

Excellent Support During a Stressful Situation!!
I had a stressful issue with a prescription due to a pharmacy policy I wasn’t aware of and as a result my pharmacy of 4+ years wouldn’t fill my prescription. I was really worried about a lapse in treatment as this was the first time I had a problem as a patient.
Aimee from customer support was great. She took the time to understand the situation and helped reroute my prescription to another pharmacy so everything could be filled without further delay. She was genuinely helpful and continued to follow up during what was a very anxious time for me.

Excellent customer service !!
I have been a member of mindful health for 5 years and I absolutely love it. I’ve had 3 different clinicians over the years and they’ve all been very accommodating, always kind, helpful and responsive. Recently, I had to go through the process of making a pharmacy change due to a shortage of my medication. Not only was my change request responded to within the hour, but the extra mile was made by Michael. Michael personally called me and spoke with me on the phone regarding my issue, then called my pharmacy to confirm the issue. Michael then called me back to reconfirm the pharmacy change and then called that pharmacy back personally to cancel the prescriptions so they could be resent to the pharmacy with the medication. Once this process was complete, Michael called me to let me know he had canceled the prescriptions, contacted my clinician and then would continue to monitor that the prescriptions were sent through the duration of his shift and if not by the end of his shift, would follow up again after the weekend. If that is excellent customer service, I don’t know what is. I’m extremely happy with Michael’s efforts as well as Mindful as a health care providing service. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
