My wife and I employed Lavanda to manage our flat for AirBnB-sourced short-term renters while we were abroad from April-July 2016. We must have contacted ca. 20 companies claiming to offer AirBnB management services; several were non-responsive, most didn't cover our postcode even though we live about 5 minutes' drive from Regents Park. Lavanda's communication was flawless and they were flexible re: our location and our timescale. Even though we were communicating with Lavanda from S E Asia, getting the place ready for tenants was a breeze (for us, at least) - Lavanda told us what items we needed to have ready in the flat, gave us some recommendations, and made sure everything was ready for each set of tenants. Needless to say, Lavanda was excellent when it came to communicating with tenants through the AirBnB platform and when it came to communicating with us (e.g. if anything in the flat needed to be replaced / improved). The staff at Lavanda were (and I'm sure, are) generally helpful, lovely and great to deal with. When we came home the flat was almost unbelievably clean and orderly. We can't have been the best of clients given the timezone we were in and the length of time Lavanda had to manage the property (i.e. it was relatively short) but we felt as if we were treated just as well as we would have been if we had given them responsibility for ten flats in Kensington and Chelsea. I can't give them higher praise than that! Good luck for the future guys!

Lavanda are brilliant. I have used several agencies in the past and found the experience a headache. Lavanda are copletely different. I genuinely feel my property is in good hands, that they care and they are super efficient when things go wrong. I was also extremely impressed by how professionally they handled a nightmare guest in my home earlier this summer. You really want these people on your side. If you're looking for someone to help manage your property, look no further-lavanda are worth their weight in gold

These guys did a really decent job looking after my flat while away. I've run Airbnb's for a number of years and there are always problems with guests, keys and delays but Lavanda always tried their best to sort any issues out asap, communicate well and look after the guests & my property - I couldnt ask for more! Really recommend the team.

I am away for periods of time throughout the year and Lavanda manage my property for me during this time regardless as to whether it is for a week or two months. They are brilliant: not only do they work hard to maximise the bookings and vet the guests, but they take great care of my home, ensuring it is in perfect condition for my return.

Communication with them is easy as they respond quickly to emails and effortlessly sort out any problems.

Lavanda's standards are very high so I go away knowing that my home is in good hands and this is reflected by great reviews. Payment is also very efficient and clear with a monthly statement, so one knows the costs of their services.

The fact that they are not a huge company means that are able to offer a personal service and as a client I feel that both my property and I am valued.

I use Lavanda to manage a couple of buy-to-let properties in London and have to say they do a great job. Special thanks to our dedicated manager Zoée who runs the day to day really smoothly. We have some lovely professional tenants in on the serviced living service who so far have been really lovely! Would highly recommend this company.

Zoee is really great to deal with. Super friendly and on the ball every time I call. Overall a brilliant service that took all the hassle out of hosting my flat on Airbnb while I was traveling. My place is now listed on Booking.com and Homeaway as well and is getting almost all 5 star reviews. Income is up too since adding Booking.com. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a complete property management solution.
