This is an excellent product with great customer service. I recently had a difficulty with my bank card. The support that Chip gave me was professional and patient.
I know that they are really reliable for both deposits and withdrawals. Their app works well and they are my #1 instant place to save.

You have not a swered my last question. Unfortunately when i replied I said Tha ks very much for the explanaruon. Ut afterwards i wrote that i was still not satisfied and asked more a out the missing wntry where it changed from 484 to 483. 1st class service by Rikki
I had a unusual technical issue that did not allow me to link my account to current account. When I explained to customer service rep, Rikki she was very helpful in putting me at ease and although the issue was not resolved for 24 hrs, Rikki did make the required transfer to my account immediately and therefore put my mind at ease. The service she provided was professional, informed, patient, empathetic and clear in her guidance. I was so impressed I have written this review, well done Rikki, you are a credit to yourself, your team and Chip.
