Bad experience
I bought 20 units. They never worked. Customer service couldn’t get them to work. We tried many times. They requested I return the equipement and pay a penalty of approx 2-3000.00. I still have the units in a box waiting for a solution.

Great customer service. Always allows me to track the whole fleet. They always help when I need any reports run. Would recommend Geoforce to anyone.

Great vehicle and asset tracking
I have used Geoforce to track vehicles and rental assets at two different companies now. The software and support has always been great, but what really brings the value to their services, is their great people.

SAVE YOURSELF. GET AN AIR TAG.
Story time, we put the Geoforce tracker on our bobcat mt100 mini skidsteer, and the machine was stolen. This tracker SUCKED. It did not work. It did not “ping” it needed to be in sunlight, it was too easy for the thief to remove, GEOFORCE FAILED US. When we called Geoforce to see if they could find it on their end, they told us they couldn’t, and there was nothing they could do. They said the tracker that was supposed to last ten years (we’ve had it for one) had worn out and that’s why it wasn’t pinging as often (usually twice a day) Now on the other hand, our friends also had their same machine (mini skidsteer) stolen, and it was recovered in a day because they had an AIRTAG hidden on it.
We lost 40k because our tracker was unreliable. And we should have SAVED MONEY bought an AIRTAG and been fine.
DON’T MAKE OUR MISTAKE. BUY AN AIRTAG.

Remote Site Monitoring Application
As always, Christine Brown was a life saver. She perservered through spotty sat phone conversations and got us the resources we needed. Speaking of resources, that would be your engineer Fernando whose help was much appreciated.

While we do offer trackers (like those for vehicles and some powered equipment) that report in near real time (i.e., up to every 30 seconds), the devices you purchased to track your trailers can only report as frequently as every 2 hours. We were looking for a unique tracker for our machine.
