Bought multiple accounts in Etheria restart, after few days all of them got banned and I've tried to contact them for a refund but there was no response at all and they have never tried to compensate. I wouldn't recommend them at all, stay away!! their customer service does not exist and ignore any emails.

Happy with support given
To start with I had a bad experience with Genshin Account, as I purchased a Pokémon TCGP account that I could t access.
Upon getting in touch with costumer service, I got an email from the owner himself apologising, and trying to solve the matter which he did promptly.
Would purchase from again.

"Legitimate" my ass
I brought an account from these people thinking they were Legit accounts. however, the account i had recieved had hacks/cheats used on the account and was clearly botted for other things. i reached out to support hoping to settle the issue but no response. so i had to get my bank involved. Wouldn't recommend id reccomend using eldorado.gg for this type of thing
