I bought a Mont Blanc Summit 2
I bought a Mont Blanc Summit 2. A digital watch under the brand of Mont Blanc. Unfortunately after one week I found out that the battery was drained enormously. It wouldn't last a day if I did one workout for one hour. All the settings were made as lean as possible, but wearing this watch for just 12 hours already required a new battery load. I asked to return it, but they wouldn't let me, I asked them to come up with a solution but the only one was sending this watch back to Mont Blanc for repair, since the problem is that its a pre-market watch that shouldnt have seen daylight. After waisting so much energy I decided to just throw it away. A bit of a waste for a watch costing 950 euro.

I ordered a watch online to be delivered to the UK. I contacted them via WhatsApp regarding sizing the strap. They were very helpful friendly and efficient. The watch arrived on time and a perfect fit. Excellent service.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received. I have never been to their shop was all done online but they kept me up to date through WhatsApp and got what I needed delivered to me in time before a special occasion. Then on the date of the occasion text to wish us a great day. Will 100% purchase from them again and cannot wait till we can travel safely to visit the shop

Initially Disappointed; Now Neutral
Initially Disappointed; Now Neutral. I found the Montblanc pen I was interested in; reviewed the online photos to ensure it was exactly what I wanted; then emailed to confirm details BEFORE buying. Ordered the pen online which had NO selection for color, assuming what was pictured in the photo was what I was buying. When the pen arrived, it was a different color; not what I believed I had ordered. I requested return instructions of this $515 USD pen and was told I would be responsible for the cost of the return from the US, even if Geneve made the return arrangements with DHL; a cost which was approximately $125 USD. I am appalled and disappointed that Geneve falsely advertised a product and then charged the customer for the return of a product. I will not do business with them again.
UPDATE: Following the posting of the review above, Geneve contacted me and offered to reorder the correct writing instrument with appropriate accommodation for shipping, or a refund of the return shipping charges. I opted for the refund of shipping charges. While I appreciate the offer to make things right, it should have been handled correctly the first time and not after I gave a poor review. I have changed my rating from 1-star to a neutral rating of 3-stars.
