He comprado 2 productos un anillo y un reloj y todo la verdad respecto al trato muy bien todo perfecto el único pero, es que no me pareció bien es que en el reloj tuve que pagar yo los gastos de aduanas cosa que si lo se lo compraba en la península ya que me costos lo mismo que en península pero tuve que pagar 239e de tasas aduanas por lo tanto no merece comprar en esta tiendo cuando lo mismo lo tengo en la península.

Bought a breitling watch which stopped working within 24 hrs.sent to breitling beginning of January and still not repaired.appalling customer service from geneve and breitling. Promised it would get sorted in a couple of weeks but no communication.not fit for purpose and want full refund.still waiting and now queried with credit card company.going legal

Geneve had a watch in stock that I desperately wanted for my wife for her birthday. Being in the UK I was worried about spending the money over seas and receiving the product. The worry was over nothing, The communication I received was top notch, I received the watch in a matter of days in great condition.

Sold me a watch, advertised as in stock, that they didn't have in stock. Friendly people from customer care contacted me to explain and promised to send me my watch asap. Received the package within two weeks including a gift for the incovenience. Nice people. Good service after a disappointing start.
