The service is excellent. They knew what they were talking about. Ordering was made very simple. Delivery was right on what they said it would be. I needed some specs and they promptly answered my questions and emailed me what I needed. will definitely order from here again.

Found them off a Google search for a Generator that was bought at Harbor Freight.
Not only did they have the correct parts, but they took the time to package my gasket kit so it wouldn't get bent or damaged in shipping. They even wrapped the new carb studs so the threads wouldn't get buggered up.

That was impressive alone but from the time I ordered til I received the package was literally 39hours to ship from the UK over here to Upstate New York.

I highly recommend using this company to anyone looking for parts for a generator. Don't waste your time on Amazon, go to these professionals, you won't be sorry.

Parts were easy to identify and order. I didn't realize the company was located in the UK so was a little apprehensive I would get my order anytime soon to the US.. I didn't order any parts, but Joe helped me trace the problem why my generator was not starting. When it comes to ordering replacement parts, I am definitely going to call Generator Guru.

Not sure if my part was ordered, no order number or receipt. No one to call. I hate to double order a $200 part. Their cc payment system is different, I've never heard of Stripe.
