sent them pics of the info plate and pics of the right part and they still got it wrong. Their final determination was you SOL.Too bad for me. aND YES YOU DID REFUND IT,BUT THAT DIDNT HELP ME WHEN YOUR RESPONSE WAS PRETTY MUCH A YOU SOL ATTITUDE....

I first made contact with the Gen Guru due to an issue with my Kipor6500 generator. I was apprehensive about dealing with an OS company ( I live in Australia) but I didnt need to be! Their advise was excellent and when I finally got around to ordering spares their pricing was very competitive, now I have a fully functioning generator again 😊 Thank you the Generator Guru.

I am very satisfied with the quality of the alfajores. They go pretty well with my mate. Even though not a native Argentine the quality is superb! Would def purchase again!

I received the wrong fuel tap and after contacting about the issue was sent the correct one.i asked about sending the wrong one back and was told I didn't have to but I could if I wanted to,so i did this as service was very good.

They gave me excellent support 2 times on this inquiry and eventually I got it to run properly. The minimal $5.00 request to help pay for the great advise, was almost and insult to the quality of their support. I would have expected to pay a larger fee for this level of support. Thankyou, Doug

I needed information to assemble my engine correctly. I asked their techs and within a half hour they got back to me with all the information.

To be honest, I don't have a lot of on-line buying experience, but the Generator Gurus delivered the goods. My generator was a 'foreign' make and I was feeling resigned to the oft-stated idiom "you get what you pay for". However not only did they deliver the right replacement part, but they did it in an economic, friendly and efficient manner. I had expected a lengthy supply time given the geographic distance between our respective companies and countries, and as a result, a significant supply lead-time along with a nervous wait along the way, but Jane Gordon and her team did this company proud by living up to their commitment - around the world in a dozen days. My only desire now is that the replacement part is all that was faulty, but I know that I'm in good hands if problems persist!

Found the part here when it was discontinued from OEM. The key switch was wired differently and I didn't have original to go by. E-mailed company and they answered right away with a solution. Easy to see they are a family run business with high standards and great customer service. My future go to company. Thank-you very much.

Great people trying their best to help repair the flood of cheap generator brands out here. Got mine for free and managed to make it work again, but parts? Difficult to find when you don't have a model number or recognizable brand. Generator Guru had the part I needed when no one else did. If you cannot get it from Generator Guru, kick it to the curb.

My generator tank was filled with rust. Rather than going through the difficult process of rust removal, I priced the cost of a new tank from Generator Guru. Surprisingly reasonable, I ordered and received the new tank which fit perfectly. An my generator is ready for the next power outage.

Got back to me quickly with good easy to follow instructions.
will defo use again and if anyone is stuck and needs help just ask. Friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for.

i generally don't write a review about someone who could not solve my problem, but it was not for lack of trying. completely professional and despite my lack of knowledge in describing my case, they were considerate, kind and responsive. i will not hesitate to consult them again in the future should i need some help.

The Generator Guru team is very responsive and conscientious. Their responses to Engineering advice/help requests are obviously from real people and not pre-canned or computer generated drivel. They respond quickly and actually answer all of the individual questions you may have asked. Their model listing of generators is comprehensive; even for the cheap Chinese, fly-by-night knock offs; and if/when you order a part for your generator by model, it will be the part you need.

I bought a new generator and used it only once to try it out. Being idle outside for more than two years parts deteriorated beyond repair. I browsed the whole internet for replacements with no luck until I landed on GENERATOR GURU site. They had the parts and even assisted me how to fix them.
Extremely grateful and would recommend them to everyone in need of help.

Amazingly helpful team I have had parts from them before but this is the first time I have talked to the technical staff they have great knowledge and made me understand the issue. They have saved me 100s.

You really need to look no further for any generator needs, Great to deal with people that really do know what they are doing.
