Purchased the GEEPAS Electric Bug…
Purchased the GEEPAS Electric Bug Killer UV Light Fly Zapper for indoor use. It’s chemical-free and works well for flies, mosquitoes, moths and other flying insects.
It was easy to order and arrived quickly. Registering the product online also gives you an extra year’s warranty, giving you 2 years of cover in total.
Great value for money and excellent peace of mind. I would definitely recommend it.

This product did work good only 1 week…
This product did work good only 1 week then water didn’t circulate and water pump gone.When I tried to report the customer support they said send us video so that we send to relevant team and I did it but now summer is almost gone but I didn’t get reply yet.Product warranty was 1 year.

The team at Geepas were very kind, helpful and considerate
The team at Geepas were very helpful, and although my coffee pot was probably out of warranty, they very kindly replaced mine which I had broken at now extra charge except postage. Not only that, but they did the same again a year later when I had another problem, probably due to me not the equipment, I hasten to add!
It's very refreshing to get kind and thoughtful service theses days, and just as important, we're still getting coffee every morning!!!

Customer Service??
Can't fault the product (which I bought through Amazon) but Geepaas customer service is non-existent and their website does not work for extended warranty registration or email contact. I tried the day I received the product and have just tried again - a couple of weeks later. I can only assume that this is false marketing aimed at boosting sales with no intention of extending the warranty. I emailed "Contact us" and have had no response in two weeks.

Appalling Warranty Support & Refusal to Honor Consumer Rights (Order #63198)
I am writing this review to warn prospective buyers about the non-existent customer service and unreasonable warranty process at Geepas UK / Western International Group.
I purchased a 20-Bar Stainless Steel Barista Coffee Espresso Machine (Order #63198). When the steamer unit failed, I followed all correct procedures, contacting customer support and providing video evidence of the defect as requested on 2nd July 2026.
What followed was weeks of complete silence, ignored reminders (sent on 8th, 9th, and 13th July), and zero updates from their technical team. Because of their prolonged inaction and unannounced delays, keeping a non-functional, defective appliance indefinitely was neither practical nor safe, so I disposed of the unit and requested my refund.
Despite acknowledging their "considerable delay" and poor handling of my case, Geepas UK customer service has consistently hidden behind rigid internal policies—refusing to issue a refund without a physical return of an item they know was disposed of solely due to their own unresponsiveness. Furthermore, every reply from their support team arrives as a disconnected, separate email thread, causing total confusion and forcing customers to repeat the facts endlessly.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, remedies for defective goods must be provided within a reasonable timeframe and without significant inconvenience. Geepas UK has failed on both counts.
I have now been left with no option but to escalate this matter to "Citizens Advice / Trading Standards" and initiate a "bank Chargeback" to recover my funds. Save yourself the headache and buy from a brand that actually stands behind its products and respects consumer rights.
UPDATE (31 July 2026):
Geepas UK posted a standard public reply above asking me to contact support@geepas. Please note that I have already exchanged dozens of emails with that exact support address over the past month (Order #63198). In their private emails, they explicitly refused to honor the refund without a physical return—despite knowing the machine was disposed of due to their own weeks-long unannounced delays. This public reply is purely a template PR exercise. I am now proceeding with a formal bank chargeback and escalating the case to Citizens Advice.
