Mr Adam Owen the director of ARO Commerce Ltd which traded as Geekswag.co.uk has received a two-year suspended prison sentence and 180 hours community service for selling, and having in their possession for future sale, approximately 10,000 units of counterfeit Apple AirPods.

If you were a customer of ARO Commerce Ltd trading as Geekswag.co.uk and purchased a pair of branded AirPods or AirPod Pros between 3 May 2021 and 5 April 2022, please contact Hertfordshire Trading Standards department on TS_Scams @hertfordshire.gov.uk by the 10 May 2024. Scam company ripped me off for a plushy.

I reported them to trading standards and it looks like they have been taken down.

Scam company. Ordered 2 minecraft plushes for my sons birthday, received a confirmation email but items not received and no response from my emails. Wish I'd seen other reviews before ordering
Update 21/05/2023- I've claimed my money back through my bank. Received an email a few days ago from trust pilot stating that this company want more information on my case, otherwise my review may been removed. Details sent. Still zero reply from the company regarding my missing items. Seems they're only bothered about bad reviews??

IGNORE GOOD REVIEWS Ordered 2 items that never arrived and have heard nothing back from them this company is a scam ignore the good reviews they're all bots/fakes from what ive seen this company either doesnt send your item or they send you knockoffs advertised as the real thing avoid like the plague

DO NOT TRUST!

Ordered a plushie with my sons Christmas money. Over £30 in total.

It never came and all my emails have been ignored. He’s only 7 and absolutely heartbroken.

Took the money for child’s Christmas pressie and delivered nothing. No response to repeat email queries. Two months later I am assuming @geekswag.co.uk are trading fraudulently.

This is a scam website unfortunately I ordered a game on Dec 4th and no communication and no goods I have now claimed my money back through my bank. I wish I had read trust pilot reviews before buying as they say it all. Do not use you certainly will not receive the goods

Ordered on 10/12/22 for Christmas. Contacted beginning Jan 2023 as not received. Now 13/01/23 and no reply to question asking where item is, no refund, nothing.

For context, I ordered some FNaF plushies around Christmastime and they haven't arrived a month later

Final update on this whole situation: I have asked for a refund directly from GeekSwag but haven't received a response as of writing this. So I decided to take it up with my bank and try and claim a refund through them instead, no response either but I've heard this process can take a while so that's fair.

There ARE verified positive reviews from people who have received their orders from here, but I do wish there was more consistency to this! And in all honesty if I had gotten an email saying "Hey! Just know that your order's being delayed to an issue." or something along the lines of that, then that would be the end of it and I would've been prepared to wait. In fact I wouldn't even be writing this. Haha.

I'm not opposed to the idea of giving this store another try in the future, but as of right now I'm just disappointed with how this whole situation turned out. :(

Ordered a Pokemon plush on 10th December, £16.98 taken from my card and still not received it. Sent numerous emails and no reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM GEEKSWAG.

UPDATE - please don't trust any positive reviews - you'll notice they don't have "verified" by them. The owner of this business just challenged my legitimate review - which thankfully has now been verified. At the moment geekswag.co.uk is offline - but I imagine it will be back in time for Christmas. AVOID AVOID and tell your friends too!!!

AVOID!!!! Scammers!!! I purchased a Minecraft Ghast cuddly toy, and my sister purchased a Golem plush, both for my son for Christmas. Neither of us have received the order. Have tried contacting them but I have no reply. Minimal contact information on the website. I never even got a confirmation of purchase email (but the transaction has definitely gone through on my credit card). Total fraudsters and left a very disappointed boy at Christmas. AVOID AVOID!!!

Very good ordering experience. The package was shipped very quickly to me.

The product is exactly what I had ordered, so I am satisfied with my experience.

Do NOT under any circumstances buy from this website! I placed an order on 26th November 2022 for 6 items. I never received any contact from Geekswag, no confirmation email nothing, yet I was still charged! I sent them several emails over the course of a month to no avail. In the end I had to get my bank involved to recoup my money! I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering with these!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Paid my money... weeks later the order is still processing. The customer service phone number does not connect and I have had zero response to emails.
The company also does not have an address. AVOID!!

Absolute scammers, no way of contacting them, they do not respond to emails. I hope trading standards catch up with them and they're prosecuted. Trying to claim back my money. Did not recieve my goods ordered on 15th November
Updated 20/05/23 also now Geek Swag are now wanting details to try and dispute this review and get it taken down from Trust Pilot but know I had to claim my money back from my bank which I did get back. I contacted Geek Swag by email numerous times but they didnt respond to any queries about my order. Bit late isn't it 6 months after my order for anoathetic attempt to resolve my issue and only because they want my review taken down says it all about this conpany

Purchased brand new Apple Air Pod Pro for my partner for Christmas last year. They worked for 4 or 5 months and then one pod stopped connecting. My partner tried contacting them but no response. Took them into Apple to (of course) be told they are FAKE!!! We are out of time to raise a dispute with the bank as more than 120 days passed. I'm £160 out of pocket and he has no present for last Christmas. I've tried sending messages and calling but it seems as though they don't accept messages or calls! I can't believe they're still trading! Planning on pursuing them through small claims due to broken e-commerce rules. Look out thieving scammers, I'm coming for you!

Would never use this company again! I placed my order on 28/09/22 with the item in stock. I have still not received my order, money has been taken and they have not responded to any of my emails or given my money back. I am will be contacting the fraud department with my bank and also trading standards. I have proof of my order and proof that my order is still " processing", should the owner dispute my review.
EDIT… I have now been asked to supply evidence of my purchase etc as the owner is disputing my review. PROOF GIVEN!!! Geekswag, you need stop scamming people and disputing REAL reviews.

Seems Geekswag had a few pairs of these “Apple” AirPods to get rid of. Exactly same experience as others, they stopped working properly and no response to communication.

Bought some AirPod Pros - after 6 months one stopped working, took them to Apple Store and they said they're fake headphones.... be warned!!!
