So glad I sound out about Gazelle! Quality made Dutch bikes available in the US! I love my Medeo T10, I ride so much more now that I have a reliable ebike.

Went on my first commute of 46 miles round trip and it was great with the c380+. I did have to add a spring seat post and new saddle because frame is so stiff. The battery lasted 23 miles in sport and turbo modes.

Well first of all the bike is a good bike in its price category. We had a couple options for similar quality e-bikes in this same price category ($3000)) such as Trek and Specialized, but it also came down to the consumer experience. Our initial experience at Wheel Wrangler involved the owner Bill and his wife Katie, and it was what made all the difference. Their time and energy, their willingness to answer questions, and their willingness to let us try out these bikes, made the deal and my wife and I now have new e-bikes which already have given us experiences that we had stopped considering given our advancing age and all the lovely collateral possibilities that come getting old. These bikes feel more like a bike that has a guardian angel standing by to give you a bit of a nudge when confronting hills and nasty headwinds rather than riding a scooter or motorcycle. The ride is reasonably comfortable, fairly quiet, and brings back some of the fun we all experienced earlier in our life.

I absolutely love my Medeo T10! I use the bike to commute to work and it's been a blast to ride.

The look of the bike is very stylist. It is much lighter that other ebikes that we looked at. We also like fact that the battery was protected by the frame and the rear wheel gears were internal making it lower maintaince.

We purchased our bikes in November of 2021 and got excellent use out of them as we travelled with our trailer. I find they have sufficient power for what we do and enjoy riding them every time we are in them. I’m a pretty slim guy and do find it a bit difficult to load and unload them off of my bike rack when we travel. It makes it much easier having a second person to assist with this.

When I ride my Gazelle, I find myself calling to mind childhood memories and songs I haven't thought of in decades. I think they're being unlocked by experiencing the rush of popping into Turbo mode and devouring a headwind that might once have left me gassed.
There's much to be said for carrying a tailwind around in your back pocket.

I have 3000km on my bike now and it has been completely maintenance free with amazing range. The C380 HMB is smooth riding and responsive. I love the fact that with the carbon fiber belt it is whisper quiet and step hills are not a problem. all i have to do is clean and wash it. Well Done Gazelle!!

Great super easy site and so informative.

Everything about my bike is wonderful except an unobtrusive noise from the rear hub that is not present in my partner's bike (another brand). Not a big deal but a noticeable difference.

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways! I can go anywhere I want and carry home all that my little heart desires. My smile never stops when we're together. You make me feel a sense of freedom and ease that none of my other bikes can do.

No longer are eco-friendly store trips arduous. Never again will I fear not down-shifting before a "stop" sign thanks to your amazing Enviolo internally geared hub. Long forgotten are the days of scrubbing and oiling my loud chain, thanks to your silent Gates carbon belt drive.

My life is better with you in it. Thank you for being an awesome bike with beautiful geometry! <3

The biggest reason I purchased the my Gazelle was the fact it made and designed by Dutch engineers. Who better than !!!

I have a Ultimate C380+ and I use it to commute to work every day and I love it!

After two months of research, I had specs for every brand ebike in an Excel spreadsheet. My first precondition was mid-drive; I did not want a rear hub motor. My criteria were power, performance, build quality, dealer network, post-sale service, warranty, and finally, weight. Gazelle provided the best value overall and that's what I went with. After 4 years I'm 100% pleased with my choice.

I really like the fit and finish of my Ultimate T10! After about 2 weeks it developed a spoke or possibly a bearing noise on the front wheel. I took it back to the shop 2 times to get it fixed. The first time they adjusted the spokes which did not help. The second time they pulled the hub apart and greased it and the noise has diminished alot. I do not know why the hub of a brand new bike would need greased, but they said that this lack of attention was not uncommon. I still like my bike and am keeping my fingers crossed that this noise issue gets resolved quickly and that I can enjoy it for a long time to come.

Great quality build bikes. Gazelle is a Dutch based company with over 100 years in designing and building bikes. So, they are not a Johnny come lately eBike company. Also, the Bosch system and batteries they use on their eBikes are widely used by many high quality eBike brands given the power and reliability.

I own a Gazelle C380 electric bike and it's the best bicycle I have ever had. I love it because of the high quality parts. It's very easy to ride and super comfortable with full suspension and easy entry. I don't have to swing my leg over it. The electronic shifting is very smooth and a little push or pull makes the tension perfect. The Bosch motor is quiet and powerful and I feel like I could ride on and on every day. The battery lasts a long time, especially on Eco mode. I ride almost daily to work (about 10 miles) and I got about 100 miles off a charge. Super nice.
