As it seems trustpilot review are more reviewed than emails we sent to Gateway, when will we get an answer on the multiple emails all residents have sent with all entrance doors to Kew apartments and Regent apartments broken ?? Anyway, and believe us they do, can enter our building and access our flats and interact with residents?? Is it that much to ask from Gateway that we pay for this service too to answer to us and send someone to fix our doors so we can leave in a secure building ???? What do we pay you for ???
Adding ‘Mayfair’ to the name Gateway does not remove the absolute disgrace / lack of a service you have provided to Drayton Garden Village. Manage to afford gold embossed letters when they send their ridiculous and made up service charge statements but cannot fix a car gate or entrance doors for years and counting. Pathetic
This is the same company as Gateway Management, they have been very poor in dealing with our block of flats in West Drayton's Drayton Garden Village, things take very long to resolve, parking gate has been broken for months but nothing being done by the management company, EV charging points are also broken but they don't fix it, there is no response from their management either. Also they keep hiking the service charges every year for no reason. NOT RECOMMENDED at all.
1 star is too much. For over a year we have had flat entrance block doors broken and anyone can enter. We find rubbish and body fluids in the hallway and still gateway won’t answer emails, take calls and fix this.
The car park gates remain broken. They don’t even respond to our directors timely. Our safety and car/home insurances are at risk as we state they are are in secured gates/blocks but of course, due to Gateway, we aren’t secure at all:
The above doesn’t even touch the sides on their negligence but too much to list:
Despite the residents attempts to keep these new builds a lovely place to live and keep in good condition, Gateway are turning them into a doss house.
Don’t go near them.
No other management company can be worse so don’t gamble your security or safety with Gateway:
