Was very easy to buy and I see it has been already shipped. The last place I bought merchandise from claims to have had problems with the address but never notified me. I saw that the tracking info. was at a standstill. Took two weeks to communicate with them….in all package took almost two months to get here. Thank you very much for your fast and reliable service. I will be returning in the near future.

I had questions about the item I purchased and attempted to ask by calling your number. I was on hold for over 15 minutes the first time with no contact and with less patience only about five minutes the second time. I decided you were not really interested or were too busy so I go my own way and will not use your services any more.

Lists items as in-stock when they clearly not. If you're shopping around on price and are willing to pay a little more to get it NOW, don't trust this company! They'll list it as in-stock, then go silent on you. Read other reviews. "Brandy" confirmed as much in writing when I followed-up on the status of my order:
"I do apologize, we needed to order that in from the manufacturer.
It will be here today and we will email you tracking as soon as it
Ships. Please let me know if you have any other questions."
The item that was listed as in-stock when I ordered, and as of this writing is STILL listed in-stock had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Yeah, it'll for sure "arrive today". If they are willing to lie about their stock on hand what other shady tactics are they willing to employ? Just avoid this company.

Price was good. Shipping was reasonable. If you even think you might need after-the-sale help, forget about it. Woman was very uninterested and dismissive. Referred me to manufacturer and said the manufacturer would provide assistance. Could not get any help there. Called back. I was rudely dismissed AGAIN. Pay a little more and buy from a company that values your business.
