Brandy was rude and useless
Brandy was rude and useless. I ordered a key fob and it’s been 2 weeks and still not here. I contacted them and Brandy said it’s my fault because of the shipping they offered. Pure trash I would look elsewhere

Hello Matthew, I spoke to Brandy, and she told me your order was shipped the same day you placed it. You did choose the least expensive shipping method available, the US Postal Service, which is usually very reliable, but in this case, they have delayed your shipment. This has nothing to do with our company, as we do not control the US Mail. I am very sorry for the delay. I know how frustrating that can be; however, I do not think it was fair to yell at Brandy and call her vile names, which you also used in an email to us. She is a very sweet girl who was just trying to help you. I truly hope your package arrives soon.

Ordered a new gate sense probe over a week ago. item still hasn't shipped. chat conversation reviled that the item had to be ordered from the manufacture directly. if that was the case i would have ordered one from them myself.

I have spent thousands of dollars with…
I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, purchased 2 gate operators systems (due to hurricane) and multiple motherboards at $500 each (due to lightning), installed them myself and now I need some technical help and NO ONE will help me because I am a resident and not a Liftmaster technician. They told me I have to hire a technician.....won't ever buy another product from this company again.

Hi Karen, We sell over 8000 products from many different vendors. Unfortunately, to offer such low prices, we do not have technical staff, which is why we referred you to the manufacturer. Liftmaster encourages end users to have their parts and products installed by authorised dealers, and they provide technical support to them if needed. Depending on the product, they often do not offer gate or commercial support to end users due to liability issues.

Linear garage door sprocket.
They had parts for a linear garage door opener. Part price was reasonable. Shipping at $7. for usps advantage which took 8 days, for a little sprocket, is a little unreasonable. But if you're one of the only guys with that part, you get to call your own shots. I get it.

Hard to get refunded
I ordered a door opener circuit board in September knowing it was on backorder. I finally decided to just to get a new door opener after waiting 3 months...I requested a refund and was told I would see the refund on my card in 3 to 5 days... No refund showed up on my card after 5 days.. No biggy so just kept waiting.. I finally emailed them and told them no refund had posted to my account. I was told indeed I had been refunded on Jan 6th. I emailed them again asking to investigate this because no refund had showed up on my end. I even sent a video of my credit card statement showing no refund had been issued... Day after day went by with no response... I reported fraud to my credit card company who has already processed a refund and now is attempting to get reimbursed from Gatehouse Supplies.

The problem is that we change credit card processors between the time you placed the order and the time you requested the refund. When Brandy processed the refund, it showed as processed on our end, so we thought it was handled for you. Please let Brandy know if you don't see the money coming back now.

I simply keep 3 remotes in stock at my place at any given time and I replace them as they get acquired by my neighbors. Gatehouse Supplies always has what I need in stock and they always ship accurately and very quickly to replenish my stock. Thank you Gatehouse Supplies for your excellent and speedy customer service!

Joseph, really sorry about the delays. It took us 2 weeks to get it shipped, which is totally unacceptable. The Liftmaster warehouse is having issues shipping products to us; they assured me they are working on it. Again, my apologies.

I understand that you thought you were getting the entire rail assembly for $30, but the description indicates that it's just a parts pack and a rail connector, and there is a photo. We are happy to take it back, and I apologize for any confusion you may have experienced.
