This was my first order placed with Gatehouse. The representative that I spoke with was very kind and provided me with all the information that I needed to place an order. The product was prepared and shipped the next day. I didn't expect to receive my part for at least 7 - 10 days it was delivered in 3 days! I give the employees of Gatehouse a 5 star rating!

Customer service was always responsive and honest. The order took six months to fill, but that was due to the manufacturer. Customer service did not give me any empty promises or try to keep me from cancelling my order, and in fact asked me what I wanted to do. I kept the order and am glad that I did.

Ordered an Apollo gate opener motor
Ordered an Apollo gate opener motor. Web site showed delivery in 7 business days. Since my gate is not working I got priority mail delivery. After calling to check on order (that showed "awaiting transit) I was told it usually takes about 2 weeks for Apollo to ship to Gatehouse. Then in 1 to 3 business days it will be shipped to me. POOR customer service!

Very sorry that you had a bad experience. In the future, you can always log in to your account to check the status of your order. Apollo gate parts are challenging to get as the company has changed hands many times, as I'm sure you know.
The order was cancelled upon your request. I hope you will give us another try.

Matches the original remote that i got with my new opener. Really easy to connect to the opener too. Sure do wish that there was a visor clip included. Odd.

I received the wrong product
I received the wrong product. When I reported it, I was only sent a return mailing label and not a return mailing envelope. I had to supply my own mailing envelope, tape, etc. to use your mailing label. In the future, it would be better if you sent the entire packaging to return something sent incorrectly. Appreciate the follow up and sending me the right product after three weeks.

In stock or Not in stock?
The website showed the item I ordered in stock. I waited a week and then emailed them. the response came quickly, they advised that the part was on backorder and they wern't sure when it would be back in stock to ship.
