Great company to work with.
I was incredibly impressed with how quickly my order arrived! I ordered the item on January 27th, 2025 and it was delivered on February 1st, 2025. It was being shipped from California and with the delays of the wild fires, making for a very positive shopping experience. It's great to see a company prioritize prompt delivery. The tracking information was very detailed, allowing me to follow my package every step of the way until it arrived.

New gate opener
Received new gate opener. Installed my dipswitch code. Nothing. Tried a new battery. Nothing. Sent an email to Gatehouse. Within a few hours they suggested a quick fix. Now it's working perfectly.
