Medical expense can be reimbursed and it reduces the burden on my finance. The customer service is great!

Everything has been great. Easy to add providers.

We have Garner Health through my company. I never reached out to them or requested any money. They sent me two checks. I messaged them and they told me what these reimbursements were attached to and said I was all set. I received a message from them, last week, saying I need to pay back the money. I messaged them and reminded them it was their error and I am not responsible for their mistakes. I haven’t heard back yet:

Inconsistencies with their policies - I've had issues with a few claims where one is accepted and another is not. Their representatives told me that just by searching a top provider through their app, the doctor would be added to my list. After seeing that doctor, customer representative told me that they were not added and therefore had to pay the entire bill. I repeatedly brought the issue with customer service and they wouldn't answer my questions or avoid the inconsistencies.

Over all great experiences just would like to be able to add a doctor when you don’t know who they are especially radiologist who is reading a test but you never see

When I first got the Garner Health app, I was a bit skeptical little hesitant to put my bank information in. But guess what after a few months and seeing my doctor I received a refund of $115 from Garner Health. I was shocked I had to double check and triple check to make sure that that was real and it was so the system does work. This app does work.

Garner has been very responsive to questions and finding doctors to see.

When I message in it was like the person didn't want to help answer your question they just kept repeating guidelines instead of looking more into the Dr or claim you were asking about. Over all need to not be a repeating robot listen and help better.

You pick top rated Dr's and get reimbursed. You get reimbursed without lifting a finger. Attach your banking info and its even easier and quicker to get reimbursed.

I do not understand how almost every other reimbursement gets denied even though the Dr.'s are on my care team so I have to submit documentation proving that to get my reimbursement. At this point I think they would work on their system that automatically denies claims because it is not very good. I am so glad that they have now included a place to upload documentation instead of having to message 20 times back and forth with their concierge. Please update this auto claim system to make it a bit easier for your customers.

My doctors and the hospital network they are a part of are not part of Garner program evidently.
Support team encourages me to find one in the network. Why would I want to change from someone I have had for years?

The app is easy to use. We have not really had issues adding providers to our care team. And we have been receiving reimbursements for out of pocket expenses. This has been one of the best resources we have ever used. Thank you.

Everything was fine till they stopped paying me when there was money left. Pissed me off not happy.
