I ordered a tshirt on 04/05/2026 and I still have not received my item, I have called and emailed multiple times, I was told it was going to expected delivey on the 12/05/2026 but nothing came, i finally got a response on the 13/05/2026 saying they would check my order and get back to me and I have since heard nothing its now 18/05/2026 and still had no response

Update on the situation another 2 weeks later and still no tshirt after false promises from Jack saying it will be with me by Monday 25th I've emailed rang and txt multiple times yet no reply 4 weeks later still no tshirt 😡😡😡😡

I bought three T-shirts from GARMHUB last week, I have received on time and with good price

Had an exchange still not received my new top been nearly 2 weeks now , would never buy again from them .they don't even answer any of my emails or messages very bad site ,

Best luxury fashion retailer in the game ,ordered and it got delivered in 2 days .
I will deffo grab more from them and will recommend them too.

ordered shorts made payment on the 10/4/2926 and still no delivery
tracked the parcel should have come today 20/4/26 at the latest
emailed and rung several times and nothing
being ignored
sounds really dodgy
can’t understand why people do this to customers who just want their goods

21/4/26 so further update - email received stating that was i going to be made a priority and that this would be sorted - apparently going into their office to sort out straight away !!!!!! that was around 1pm still nothing tried ringing again nothing

what an absolute joke of a company
please don’t be scammed out of your money by GARMZHUB shocking to say the least

and was prompt in sending out the goods that were ordered - very happy to the response and will definitely be buying from them again
