Bunch of scammers stay away and protect yourself and your money these guys clearly are clowns running a business they fail to ship out items paid for countless emails yet no response have had to charge back to obtain my funds hope clowns like this can never sell on the market again!

What a scam. Paid £301 and now the company is closed or something, no replies to emails for 3 weeks. Can't believe this muslim brother the owner is a fraud

Ordered a hoodie. Got confirmation but it am was never sent. This is a scam do not buy anything from garmzhub

Purchased a green fendi T-shirt, got sent a black fendi polo top instead. Looked online and the green fendi top was sold out, emailed them and they said they had my top and there was a mix up to send the black one back and they’d get my correct top sent out to me. Posted the black top back got proof of it being delivered to them & havnt heard nothing back since. Emailed, text, whatsapped & rang multiple times and had no answer. Had to go through the bank to get my refund.

Made a purchase. Got a confirmation and an expected delivery date. That came and went without even a dispatch… been chasing ever since. Nothing. Absolutely shocking.

Made an order for some shorts, they came no problem. The problem was the size. I go on the website to see how to return. I return via Royal Mail special delivery. It was signed for and pictures taken off the postman. Emailed no reply, direct message on Facebook no reply, contact us on the site no reply, mobile number off the site no reply. I only asked for a bigger size to be sent. Wish I’d of seen all the 1 ⭐ reviews before ordering. Clearly not a genuine firm. Clearpay are just as useless too.

Scammers, stay well away.
Item never received although Royal Mail tracker saying ‘we are expecting the item’, now been nearly 3 weeks, so they have basically taken my money and never dropped the item off.
Never reply to my emails and phone calls straight to voicemail.
Have to wait a month before raising a charge back claim via my credit card.

Really had enough of these guys now...... Gave them lots of chances but have been let down time and time again...... I really believe now its all a scam...
Couldnt get a refund for a £350 item that was returned, eventually (after weeks of trying) I got a credit to spend and like a fool I used that credit AND added 2 more items totalling £580 (3 items in total ...... ONLY 1 arrived ........So lost about £400 !!!!! No reply by email or phone at all after weeks of trying... Jack (the owner Im guessing) just lets you down..... Ide advise strongly dont get suckered into buying from here ....... Small claims court and their local trading standards office my next step ...... Thanks Garmzhub

Avoid these scammers at all costs !

They will take your money or in this case my wife’s money and send NOTHING and make it look like they’ve registered your delivery with Royal Mail only for the tracking to stay on “we’re expecting it” because they never drop it off

Various emails sent and no response ! Absolute worst are even avoiding the contact from clear pay.

Completely ruined the Father’s Day experience for us all

I order some items from this company and the items were not of good quality so I returned the items and emailed specifically asking for a full refund and not a store credit of which is detailed on there website, I did not receive any correspondence regarding my return even though I repeatedly emailed them asking for confirmation of my return of which I had proof it was received on the 06th June 2026 so I waited the 14 days for my refund of which is detailed on there website but did not receive no refund so I had to then report it to my credit card company. Through out all the above period I only received one reply to my numbers emails I sent regarding my refund.

order 3 expensive items from these and only two were in the parcel, contacted them so many times and no one comes back to me......missing item is £95 so not cheap! feel like i have been scammed so be warned, will be going to my bank next !!

Ordered a t shirt £256 , was sent the wrong size and it was damaged . These things happen though so messaged about getting it exchanged . Took 5 days to reply and was then instructed to return the t shirt and they would send out the correct size. I sent it recorded delivery immediately. 10 days later still heard nothing from garmz hub and not answering and e mails or messages on their socials . I’m now £266 down after the cost of returning and have no t shirt .
Don’t waste your time with this company , plenty of other similar companies out there who don’t treat their customers like this .

GARMZHUB is the worst place to buy from. Very poor customer services over 10 -15 calls to speak about my order no replys no answers . Item returned for refund been delivered about 3 weeks no responses, I have a delivery proof . Avoid this website. I contacted klarana over 10 days they could not solve the issue.

I ordered and never received my item. Eventually got hold of them after weeks of trying. Jack promised me a refund as the item went out of stock. He's not a man of his word as I never received that either. Avoid at all costs.

Was meant to receive my order on the 18th still nothing and no response from customer service

Absolutely terrible service nearly been a month and received no order. Out of pocket and no reply on various social media platforms. All they say they will sort today but end of day, the same disappointment outcome nothing has been done. I will need to contact my bank to report has fraud because the seller can simply offer a refund or deliver my item on time. Disappointed company, will advise all people ordering not use this company. I will show all Instagram messages of the lack of communication and terrible service.

No issues with delivery, and great customer service, with fantastic communication. Going over and above for me in response to exchanging items I ordered which were too big for me.. I was even given a discount code towards an alternate item that cost a bit more. High praise from me indeed.. I will deffo be a repeat customer.

Stay away stay away £500 out of pocket 2 weeks since purchasing 2 moncler polos no tops no money now have to wait another month for PayPal to review and chase my money full of S##T poor and untrustworthy do not touch

Does Robert Cretu says something !? After my review on the page , my husband got a text message from someone named Jack asking about the order we never received . Before the review , no one has replied to our calls or emails!
