I can't rate the service I had from Gardiner Haskins (and their contractors) highly enough. Zoe Waller, the kitchen designer was always ready to take on changes I wanted in the design, nothing was ever a trouble and she listened to what I wanted and came up with some great suggestions. Wayne Iles, the fitter was excellent, again, nothing too much trouble - even taking down my old kitchen 5 flights of stairs when the lift broke! All the other contractors; electricians and floor fitters too - all top notch, diligent and produced an excellent result and finish. Thank you so much GH.

Absolutely fantastic service from Olga. She spent so much time with us to create our dream bathroom. Olga was able to carry out the semi impossible task of designing a bathroom that my partner and I agreed on and combined everything we both wanted, the service was second to none and the whole expirence was stress free and transparent. OUR NEW BATHROOM IS STUNNING, thanks so much to the wonderful Olga!!!!

The two Gentlemen came to fit our new Wieman wardrobes on 5 November.
They were very Fantastic and very Professional and put up Wardrobes in both bedroom as within a day and cleared up after themselves.
I cannot fault them.
The Wardrobes are excellent quality and put up to perfection.

We’ve had both our kitchen and bathroom designed by Gardiners over last 2 years. Their products are beautiful and reasonably priced unlike Harvey Jones & Ripples. Thoroughly recommend!

We took our time deciding upon our kitchen project but working with Alec finally moved us along. We now have a stylish and very good quality kitchen. Alec is a great designer, very knowledgable. The quality of the kitchen is above that of close competitors, yes a little more money but worth the investment. We also purchased our appliances from Gardeners and are delighted with everything. Any questions or requests were fulfilled immediately by Gardiner's and so we highly recommend them for your kitchen project.

Daisy Patto's five star service!
We recently popped into Gardiner Haskins with the aim of replacing leaking taps that couldn't be fixed. GH's gorgeous surroundings inspired us to create a watery haven, and the wonderful Daisy Patto made it happen! The minute we set eyes on the gorgeous 'Mermaid's Garden' tiles our imaginations soared and Daisy's 3D image brought the vision to life. With summer hols in the way, the wait was long, but well worth it. Thank you all!

In terms of the Bathroom furniture - all of the staff involved in the planning, selection and ordering, and in particular David, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout. Practical solutions were offered as the project developed and were implemented with full consideration to maintaining costs within budget where ever possible.



In terms of the installation - everyone, and in particular Steve, worked hard to minimise the impact during construction, to discuss / agree on site decisions and to fully resolve any construction snagging without issue. The attention to detail and the very professional standard of the finished installation is very apparent.



The finished Bathroom is top class and delivered within budget. We are extremely pleased with all aspects of the project and would happily recommend both Gardener Haskins and Avonleigh Solutions to others. Photographs of the finished Bathroom are attached.

A bit late with this review (life just took over) but felt it was still worth doing.
Zoe was very helpful and Very patient in planning, and helping choose our new kitchen, she had some good ideas for our small kitchen and importantly kept to our budget.
I've had some bad past experiences with 'tradespeople' so was pretty freaked with the whole idea of a new kitchen and again Zoe was brilliant in handling this. The installation team managed by Wayne were great again helpful, tidy and more importantly knew what they were doing. They have definitely helped restore my faith in tradespeople.
So five months on I am still pleased with the kitchen, the quality of the units, the fitting and the overall service from Gardiners and their Kitchen team.
Perhaps a little unfair that I have given a four star rating as the nickels are not really down to Gardiners but are due to the peculiarities of some of the kitchen appliances. For instance the Neff hobb which depth wise is too small to fit two medium size pans alongside each other making it difficult if you need to use three or four pans (Very odd) and the Neff Fridge/freezer having smaller inside space than expected.
Overall though I would definitely recommend Gardiners, especially Zoe and the lovely installation team, Wayne, Jason (great plasterer) & Darren.

I am delighted with my new kitchen designed by Zoe. I had no idea what I was looking for and I can’t thank her enough for taking away the stress of all the decision making. In a gentle manner and with patience and understanding she guided me through not only the layout, but style, colours, materials, flooring and appliances. She was generous with her time, mindful of budget and at no time did I feel under any pressure. Zoe has a natural flair for design and a wealth of knowledge and experience. I felt confident from the start that her ideas were just perfect for me.

She introduced me to an excellent fitter, Wayne. He was extremely conscientious, respectful and nothing was too much trouble. He coordinated all the installation including the electrician Darran, plasterer Jason and plumber Dave. Zoe also put me in touch with AKA Flooring to lay the Karndean I had chosen in store and Adam did a super job. They were all tidy workers and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. Everything from start to finish was well managed, ran smoothly and the disruption was minimal. THANK YOU to everyone involved. I am already talking bathrooms to Zoe! I strongly recommend you talk to her if you are thinking about a new kitchen or bathroom.

New furniture delivered to our flat which is a challenge at the best of times. Plenty of steps and many right angles. The delivery team were exceptional. They were courteous, professional and a very nice group of 3 brothers. The service from Gardiner Haskins from the moment we bought the furniture to it being delivered was seamless.

Having checked out other bathroom companies for my project, I decided to go with Gardiner Haskins. Their showroom in Bristol is well laid out and gave me the feeling that I would get the result I was looking for here. I was introduced to Daisy and immediately felt we were on the same wave length. Daisy listened to what we were hoping to achieve, spent a lot of time considering ideas we were putting forward and adding her own until we got to a fantastic design of the type and quality we were hoping for. The results are amazing - our rather small dingy bathroom now looks bigger and a place to linger! I can't recommend Daisy or Gardiner Haskins enough and will certainly come back for any other work in the future.

I’d like to record my recent visit to Gardiner Haskins in Bristol to look at new kitchens. I met Zoe Waller, who from the outset was professional, kind and understanding. She has an amazing eye for colour and layouts and had some brilliant suggestions for dealing with awkward spaces. She was immediately on my wavelength and understood exactly what I was aiming for in my new kitchen. The whole design process was a delightful and productive experience. Thank you Zoe!

As soon as we met David Rodgers at Gardiners, the whole process of designing a gorgeous bathroom from a rather tiny space was made easy. Other bathroom people had said we couldn't have what we wanted but David showed us how we could make it work, recommended a great fitter, but was at hand when we had any small issues to resolve. Worth paying the extra for this service rather than buying online. Our bathroom had gone fmm embarrassing to feeling like a little bit of luxury, now,

Our experience with Gardiner Haskins has been wonderful. Our bathroom renovation is about to happen soon and we can not thank Daisy Patto enough for her exceptional and personalised work. Daisy's 3D design that was made was simply perfect, a testament to the fact that she cares about the quality of her work. Happened upon the Bristol branch of Gardiner Haskins, whilst trying out a multitude of new beds across the county.
Just by chance we stumbled upon a sofa that we immediately fell in love with, and placed an order there and then, putting the bed search on the back burner!
Monika couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. She insisted we spent as long as we wanted trying it out, and even went above and beyond making us coffees to drink whilst deciding to purchase.
The whole experience was very good, with no pressure at all, and we came away extremely happy with our purchase.
Monika kept us informed throughout the manufacturing and delivery process up until the day the sofa arrived.
The delivery men were also both efficient and friendly, removing all the delivery packaging and place the sofa just where we wanted it.
Overall, we were very happy with the personal service offered and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from the company again…..maybe the bed next time!!

Made appointment with Daisy Patto,bathroom designer She was very attentive to what we wanted.She designed a fantastic bathroom,made recommendations as to what would work.The whole process was great,and we have a fantastic bathroom.

We used Gardiner Haskins for our kitchen upgrade a couple of years ago in which they provided first class service and products. Therefore we returned to them for our recent en-suite refurbishment. Thankyou to Daisy our design consultant who provided a first class service during a lengthy process whilst we decided on the best design and product options. Daisy was very professional, creative and patient throughout. We are very pleased with the stunning result. Gardiner Haskins also dealt very promptly with a couple of supply issues we had. We highly recommend Gardiner Haskins, we will certainly return again for our next project.

Customer service this good is rare to find! I had an issue with a shower valve and bath taps ( manufacturer issue ) but Gardiner Haskins jumped all over it and got them replaced with no quibble! The communication from David and Loraine has been first class! This is a few years after I had my new bathroom designed and installed! Thank you
