I ordered the Gardepro long distance wifi camera and hub. It works fantastic. I purchased 6 more cameras and I couldn't be happier. I had a user error in connecting one of the cameras and customer service was fast and helpful. Their emails are clear and understandable. I look forward to working with this company with more cameras. Keith

I've purchased 2 trailcams. The older one is over 5 years old and has run without problems. The later E9 (I purchased in June 2024) is easy to set up and I get my photos easily to my phone as I walk by. It stopped working and battery replacement didn't fix the issue. I wrote to customer service, got a quick and thorough response of things to check. I followed the steps and the camera is working again. Excellent cameras, excellent customer service.

I promoted GardePro as an affiliate and generated 39 orders, with $875.88 in commissions recorded at the 10% rate. I also published two long-form reviews promoting its products.
On August 24, a GardePro representative emailed me about the affiliate program, including its payment schedule: commissions are confirmed after orders pass a 30-day refund window and are processed monthly afterward. Less than 24 hours later, I received an automated notice saying my affiliate application had been denied.
I asked GardePro why the account was denied and when the commissions from those 39 orders would be paid. I have not received payment or a clear resolution.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in GardePro’s affiliate program. I’m asking the company to explain the denial and pay the commissions earned from confirmed orders.

UPDATE - The camera (Model E8P) has taken superbly clear pictures and videos, but only 5% of the time. It appeared to be unreliable, irrespective of whether battery or mains powered. After 'fiddling' around with the control buttons, I have now solved the issue. It appears you have to push the start button twice to activate the camera recording mode, something I couldn't find in the instructions. It now takes superbly clear pictures and video clips. It is a shame it took so long hence the four stars!

Been wishing a company would create a long range wifi trail camera for several years. Stumbled across some youtube reviews for this product and decided to purchase. Couldn't be happier. Camera takes great images and videos! Works well in a heavily wooded hilly area at about 150 yds from camera to router. Had a fairly simple question about sharing the images with someone else and customer service was extremely quick to respond and very helpful! Highly recommend!!!

Buongiorno, ho avuto modo di provare la fototrappola inviatemi, A 80. precedentemente ho avuto contatto per la spedizione con il servizio clienti. Ottimo. Oggi dopo alcuni giorni di prove posso recensire la fototrappola ricevuta. Riprese diurne ottime, riprese notturne Ottime anche loro, leggermente sovraesposte ma niente che non si possa correggere con un editing video, anche basic. Se c'è piu luce si può sempre abbassare e la macchina in parte riesce a farlo abbastanza velocemente, .gestione del menu semplice ed intuitiva, buona impermeabilizzazione. Sono molti anni che utilizzo le fototrappole e questa è una fra le migliori che ho acquistato, affidabile e robusta. Cambiando l'antenna, ho messo una 5G, si arriva a connettersi ,all'aperto, alla distanza di 31 mt. Il modulo wifi è molto performante. Non capisco alcune(poche) recensioni non totalmente positive ; io con la mia esperienza ritengo sia un'ottima macchina. Grazie , Fulvio Giudici

I received a GardePro A3 trail cam from my friend as a gift, and it was amazing. The pictures and videos are super clear, even at night. I couldn't believe it. One night when I put it outside to capture what rodent was digging under my fence, it gave us a surprise rain storm. When I tried it the next morning, the camera was unfortunately dead. I easily found out how to get ahold of GardePro's amazing customer service team, through the lil sticker on the back and then their website. Donna, and the rest of the team were so helpful. She went above and beyond getting me a free warranty replacement for it, and was very quick to reply and check in through the whole process. I received the new one safe & sound and super quick, and it's back up and running awesomely again. Do try and keep it out of the rain as much as possible so you don't have what happened to my first one happen to you, but if your within the warranty period, don't fret their customer service team has Got Your Back :)

Unbelievably bad customer service. I ordered two items, only one arrived. It took months of hounding, 6 customer service reps, three tickets, and finally CC'ing everyone who had ever been on any email thread to get the missing item. They count on you getting frustrated and giving up so they can keep your money. They kept marking my tickets as "resolved" after doing nothing, except sending customer service surveys. I sincerely doubt that Jana, Serena, or Louella are real people. I will never do business with these chuckleheads again. If I could give them a negative-star review, I would. Avoid GardePro at all costs.

Fast shipping and quick customer service response to a question I had.

Their cameras work great….for a short while. I had a cellular camera working for a year or so until it stopped working. It was out of warranty, so tossed it. Then they offered me a chance to beta test their E8 2.0 Pro. They also sent me a free solar panel. The camera died after a month. It bricked, which apparently is a common issue. Beware.

I use quite a few trail cameras as I have lot of wildlife visit my garden. I have specific requirements and have problems finding just the right camera to meet the requirements.

I found what I thought would be just the thing and contacted Gardepro, they replied almost instantly answering all my questions. I then purchased the camera and it was exactly what I needed and probably the simplest camera I have ever used. The quality of the video is extremely good and the sound is amazing.

I had a couple of glitches with it and contacted Gardepro, again I got the answer almost immediately, the camera has now settled down and no more glitches, so it was just adjusting to my settings.

I have to say apart from the camera being excellent the customer service is too. I got an almost instant response (even on a Sunday!!). I can't fault Gardepro at all, I'd definitely recommend them.

I was on holiday, staying in a forrest lodge in Dorset, England, looking forward to setting up my GardePro Camera, then realised I had forgotten my password. Thanks to Louella and Donna from customer services I was up and running again in no time at all. They answered my Email the very same day and gave me the help and advise I needed. I purchased the "GardePro Link 1.0 3000ft" and it was simple to set up. Easily worked with my phone, but Google Play said not compatible with my tablet. Reached out to support, and the responded within 24 hours. They let me know they were investigating and would get back to me ASAP. 2 days later they had resolved the issue and it was up and running on my tablet too.

Gardepro has been excellent with their sales and service. I highly recommend Gardepro for your Trail Camera needs. The cameras perform and work better than the name brands.

After service second to none highly recommend.

Ordered a trail camera security box from this company that was described as being fully compatible with their lineup of non-cellular trail cameras; however, what their listing failed to mention is how incredibly impractical using the security box is if you are not utilizing a cellular trail camera as its design makes it so an SD card cannot be retrieved (or settings adjusted) without completely removing the security box / camera from the tree it is mounted to. Essentially, one would either have to completely reset their camera’s positioning each time you change settings or retrieve the SD card, thus damaging photo quality and consistency, or forego locking the security box to the tree thus defeating the purpose of a security box in the first place.

Customer service acknowledges that this makes using the camera impractical and that the compatibility description is misleading, but refuses to cover shipping costs for a return. Overall their lack of regard for their customers and unwillingness to do the right thing is some the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid at all costs.

My daughter had an E6 WIFI cam and I started using it on a backyard critter. I went to the web site to research the latest technology GardePro had. I soon discovered the new X66 Pro and bought one with a solar, as I closed the cart on that item, I notice that I could get a better price on two so I bought the two with solar. I put them up on property that I photograph whitetail deer three different locations, there are working flawlessly, i placed near a creek where it gets guide dark, but the X66 didn’t fail me it grabbed the photo of deer in the creek at 3 in the morning. The research said it was the best night vision and I agree. The owner of the property was impressed with how the cameras work, he is looking to purchase some. I highly recommend the GardePro trail cameras.
