Ordered the Supremo Melbury set and the delivery went smoothly. However, there were some parts missing from the factory-sealed boxes and the customer service from gardencentre.co.uk was fantastic. They sent out the missing pieces immediately. Thanks for your quick action.

Terrible. I ordered a £3000 furniture set which was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days. It took 11 and when it did eventually come it wasn’t on the specified day. They offered me a discount on the waterproof covers for my set for which I paid an additional £200 but I never received.

Having ordered over £2000 of furniture, i then had to stay at home for 2 days to receive the furniture, once assembled I found parts missing, the customer service wasn't interested and just passed me over to the manufacturer, never again would i purchase or recommend your company to anyone and warn anyone to use a better company with morals

I recently ordered garden furniture via the website. After placing the order I had an enquiry about the level of assembly involved. They answered my email very helpfully within a few hours. Furniture was then delivered within 5 days to Scotland and taken into my garden by a professional 2 man team. I would definitely recommend this company. The whole experience was a pleasure.

Furniture arrived damaged. Each time I’ve called to request a replacement I’ve been told someone will call me back, but they never do. Really upset to have spent so much money and get such poor service.

A really good garden centre based in Knaresborough, stockists for quality garden furniture. They were very helpful to us, even splitting up a 4SO set at the end of last season to us so we could purchase a single sofa to add to our set. Good selection of covers, cushions, parasols too. All quality but also a good range of prices for differing pockets.

Beautiful garden furniture set. Slight hiccup with the delivery but the Company pulled out all the stops and delivered exactly as stated. Very happy to recommend, would definitely order from this company again. First class.

Just bought a garden table & chairs & although more expensive than other places, the delivery was superb & the item was really well packaged to keep it safe for delivery. Would definitely use this company again

One of our items was slightly damaged in transit. GardenFuniture.co.uk responded to my email within a couple of hours and had a replacement chair delivered by the next day. Amazing service!

I ordered an outdoor dining set from the Nassau range. There were many delays due to situations outside the control of GardenFurniture however, updates were emailed frequently and we were offered a full refund option.
Thankfully we have now taken delivery of the Nassau (mixed) set. It was very easy to assemble and looks terrific.
I would definitely use GardenFurniture again.

Ordered an afk orchard arbour but received a cottage arbour. This was ok but not what I had ordered but after taking nearly 4 months because of backlog and covid just glad to receive something

i cant tell you how impressed i am with Garden Furniture.co.uk. from the really nice delivery , to solving any queries you may have with their first class after sales service . I 100% recommend them.

It’s not even that delivery was 2 months delayed. The heavy 40kg box and smaller 18kg box were left on wooden pallet in the common area of the building restricting access to the building and mailboxes for my neighbours. I was told that I will be contacted by the driver before delivery but nothing like that was done.
I have never in my life seen that poor service.
When I called the office to complain I was told that the only thing they can do is to arrange a pickup back but it can’t be done the same date.
I hope that everyone will think twice before ordering anything from the shop as office told me it’s not one of but standard practice that they leaving things in the hallways!

The furniture is lovely and exactly what we wanted. The problem was the delivery it was left on the street . Not sure if this was the responsibility of the garden centre we bought it from
