I initially ordered £1700 of garden furniture on line. I was a little concerned because I hadn't ordered furniture on line before. I was reassured by an email immediately with a week's delivery which was perfect. The furniture was delivered by 2 lovely guys from Panther's who manoevered it through a small garden gate with a smile. I have since contacted the company with other questions and now a cover for the furniture. They always answer with a 'no problem' attitude. Such a great company. Don't hesitate to order from them.

Ordered my furniture at the end of June. Got a email straight away telling me that jigsaw the delivery company would be intouch after seven days. Didn’t hear anything for a few more days so send a email as having a family gathering and was worried I wouldn’t have anything to sit on. Got a text from the delivery people on Tuesday to say beginning delivered Thursday. Was over the moon with this. Two guys brought my furniture and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. Lovely strong furniture that looks stylish. Happy days!!

The company's biggest mistake using Jigsaw as their delivery service! Ordered a Kettler Panasol for £2k, so understandably was expecting a good service as this is a lot of money. Online process was perfect and got email confirmation as promised. Delivery however 10 days passed nothing came through for delivery I called everyday for 4 days and was never called back as promised I always had to follow up. Finally we get somewhere when the manager dealt with it parcel came missing lights. That was a week ago now, I did speak with a lady this Monday she as promised looked into it and called me back saying they are being sent this week. Thursday comes an nothing so I contact Jigsaw direct who say they have no idea an will call back (they never) called today spoke to someone else who was calling back (she never). So we are now a month down the line with no lighting and I don't feel reassured it's going to be sorted soon. I would not recommend using this company due to their poor third party delivery service and the fact the never follow through on a promise to call back.

Update: I spoke with a lady Andrea at garden furniture who promised to have my issues sorted and fair enough she called me back and had the panalsol company send me the lights directly, so the matter is now resolved. Moving forward it would be a shame if the company don't review their delivery partner before their company reputation is destroyed as Jigsaw's customer service is non existent

Absolutely amazing company and garden furniture extremely happy doesn’t cut it. The table was super easy to put together and I’m a woman lol 😂 but I would 100% highly recommend this company along with Jigsaw warehousing. Had to wait a couple of weeks but I was learnt as a child if something is worth having it’s worth waiting for and boy it most certainly was 1000% recommend them. Awful delivery service. Was all booked in for 6th June and then got told it didn't fit on the van!! I got told it would be delivered the following day. I then received a call that evening to say it wouldn't be delivered tomorrow now. The young lad who called was apologetic and said he'd ring back. I haven't heard from him since (7 days ago). I have text the number to ask about delivery and no reply. Rang Jigsaw customer services yesterday and she said she'd call me either by the end of the day or first thing in the morning, and here we are in the afternoon not having received a phone call. Just tried them and no answer. How difficult is it to fit my furniture on a van in the first place? Just be honest in future. Website still advertising 7-12 days delivery. I'm on day 20 at the moment!

Garden furniture have just contacted me and we’re horrified that this was the first they knew that their courier hadn’t delivered. Clearly a big problem with Jigsaw. One of the directors has personally driven my order to a courier and it should be delivered tomorrow. Such a huge difference in customer service from a lovely family business. Sorry for the negative review.

The actual product made by Supremo is great, no issues there. BUT... the delivery service from this company is appalling.

When ordering, we were told JIGSAW would be in touch to arrange delivery. We waited and heard nothing, so we contacted Garden Furniture and were told they would reach out by Friday.

Friday came and went with no contact. We were told to wait again while they chased it up, but still nothing. After a couple of weeks and more chasing, we asked them to cover the cost of hiring a van to collect the furniture ourselves or to cancel the order. This was rejected, but they did arrange for another courier, Panther Logistics, to deliver it.

From this point, everything went smoothly. Panther contacted us with a date and time and delivered the furniture as promised.

If you're planning on buying anything from Garden Furniture to be delivered, be warned. Look at the countless reviews about this company's issues with delivering orders via Jigsaw Logistics. Either avoid them or get them to agree to send with Panther Logistics before you order.

What made matters worse throughout this process was the apparent lack of any on-site management. Whenever I had an issue or question, the ladies on the phone (who were always polite, understanding, and professional, I should add) had to end the call, ring a manager, and then call me back with an answer. I asked to speak directly to a manager but was told this wasn't possible.

I have been promised twice that Jigsaw will be in touch but so far I have heard nothing. I was also promised a call by 16:30pm today to confirm that the distribution company (Jigsaw) had indeed been in touch. Nothing.

Tomorrow I will request a refund so I can buy my furniture elsewhere - I'm sure that will go swimmingly!

Following posting this review, Garden Furniture made every effort to get my furniture to me. They collected the furniture from their courier and handed it to another courier who duly delivered it a day later.
The furniture itself is great and I appreciate the efforts taken to remedy the situation. Errors happen - how it gets resolved is what counts and I have to acknowledge this was well handled and I am pleased with the outcome. Thanks Andrew and Team.

All my questions were answered before I ordered. The Somerton set looks brilliant in my garden, a little bigger than I thought but that's a bonus. Delivered within a week.

Delighted with my new garden furniture. Exactly what I wanted. Could not fault the service or speed of delivery. Delivery men were very helpful. Overall really happy.

Ordered my furniture on the 28th may for a bistro set the item was in stock and was told my email that jigsaw the courier company would contact me 1-6 days but haven’t, I emailed yesterday but heard nothing, I managed to speak to a lady this morning who said it is with the courier but it is a busy time. So much for the previous reviews when they say going forward the courier company will contact within a few days to keep customers happy. The website needs to be updated to say it will take weeks as I would have got it elsewhere.

I pre-ordered furniture the LA mode sofa set in April for delivery in May.
I'd heard nothing so emailed on 15 May to chase. Was told I'd hear about delivery the week beginning 27th May.
Still nothing. It's now June. We probably had summer on Saturday. No furniture. I'd say give this lot a wide berth.
Edited. I have now heard from garden furniture.co.uk who have arranged for my furniture to be delivered to me. Hopefully they can sort out their courier to avoid future stress to customers. I do really appreciate their call and email.

Shame about the lack of communication at the beginning but I now have my furniture which we received in under 2 weeks and it was worth the wait. Thank you for sorting out the problems with the delivery

Had several products from Garden Furniture over the years Always great quality and last the test of time through multiple winters Always really impressive after sales service ( replacement parts years after the purchase ) My latest delivery went well, the blokes were polite and chatty, furniture was placed just where i needed it. Furniture looks perfect, many thanks to everyone

Update - a lovely lady called Pippa rang me to reassure me everything was good with my order and to apologise for me not getting a confirmation. This is extremely unusual and they are looking into it as it should have happened automatically when I placed my order - anyway I now have it and my furniture is due to arrive on Tuesday. Very exciting!

I placed my pre-order on the 25th May and so far haven’t received any confirmation of this and the money I have paid. I am really concerned that the website is a scam and will be contacting my credit card in the next few days if I don’t hear anything. I don’t expect delivery but I definitely expect a confirmation.

My experience mirrors that of others. Was attracted to GF offer of 2-10 days delivery with average of 6days. Placed order on Monday 13th May.Tried phoning GF five times on Friday 17th and continually engaged or no answer. At final attempt got through and was assured I would hear from Jigsaw delivery "next week". On Thursday 23rd having heard nothing I emailed GF. Did not get a response but later that day took a call from Jigsaw to say I would hear from them with a delivery date within the next few days. It's now the evening of Thursday 29th and nothing heard! Now 16 days from order acknowledgement and still no sign of the furniture! Buyers beware!

I am delighted to say after the intervention by Andrew and resultant change of courier the furniture was finally delivered today and we are very pleased with it. This experience gives confidence that if something does go wrong GF management are able to react effectively so looking back the overall rating should be lifted.
