Excellent plants well packaged. Slight delay but kept informed. Very pleased.

Follow up to my review below. After several phone calls I got an order number and an email and then a few days later we’re despatched. Plants themselves are fine but alll in all a lot of hassle and I would not order from here again.

MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED and contact with the company is not possible.
SCAM and total RIP !

The plants arrived in quite a short time,considering the problem with COVID.
My partner was pleased with the packaging of the items.
Waiting for better weather so can be put in site.

Customers beware, this company fails to deliver as promised, and when you complain they make excuse after excuse to not return your money.

Very fast delivery. All cannas (tubers) arrived in super condition. Signs of growth on each. Just need to plant in pots and keep frost free.

All plants arrived quickly and in good condition and at a good price. Had a problem trying to pay with PayPal now we’re out of EU but quickly resolved with helpful customer services.

Received only part of my order informed Koeman. Received no reply

I have recently received my third order this year from this company. Although taking around two weeks to arrive, the quality of the first 2 orders was good and value for money. The third order took over three weeks, most of the plants dead or dying. They have agreed to replace the salvia which arrived completely dead but not the others which I would not have taken even if free. I have been advised by the company just to pull off all the dead bits plant everything and it will all come back next year...I will not use this company again. They need a different delivery system. Covid is not the problem as other seem able to deliver promptly.

totally rubbish. a plant I spend 17.99, just one leave on, even I don't know what is that. if these plants are in garden centre on sale, I won't pay £2 to get it.

just one word. AVOID

Having read the reviews I was nervous about making this order but I couldn't find spessart geraniums elsewhere so I took a chance. So pleased I did! They arrived in the allotted time and were extremely well packaged. Beautiful little green plants all in perfect condition.

Absolutely awful. The first half of my order was pure rubbish and delivered late. The second half has not arrived after 5 weeks and there is absolutely no response to emails. Just managed to talk to a human being after trying to call 20+ times. "We have more orders than we can handle, blah, blah, blah..." Well don't take more orders than you can handle! TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered bulbs on the 17/04 as website stated throughout the ordering process that they offered next day delivery (with a .co.uk site assumed UK based seller). Confirmation email then stated 12 working days for delivery which at a push would have been fine for the £100+ worth of bulbs ordered. Fast forward to the 02/05 and after countless emails via the website, unanswered calls, and emails to various Koeman emails and them bouncing back I’m having to pursue a refund via PayPal as no dispatch and no response to any of my requests. It’s taken until 16/05 to get the money refunded. Communication is beyond a joke!

I will never use this company again (also known as flowerbulbsinc). We placed 2 orders with them with a combined value of well over £100. The orders were incredibly delayed with promised update emails never arriving. I emailed them twice but never got a response. Phoned them twice but got no answer. When the plants finally arrived the Blueberry plant was just sticks and another plant was a stick with one leaf. Certainly not worth the money. 3 other plants, all the leaves are yellow and Im not convinced they will survive. In the pack of Alstroemerias all the root stock had disintegrated so not sure if I will get any plants to grow. In the pack of papvers one of the 5 roots was totally rotten with the others damp and potentially no good. On the plus side the refund for plants they were unable to supply (which in itself is annoying for a supposedly online store that they cant track availaibilty properly) did arrive promptly however the overall experience was very disappointing with no communication, some half dead plants, some dead plants and a waste of money for plants that you wouldnt look at in a land based nursery and might not grow. Will not buy from again.

I have ordered twice from this company. As I assumed I had been unlucky the first time when plants arrived dead and I didn't hear anything back despite contacting customer support. The second time I ordered, among several things, 5 packs of gysophilia. Inside the tubers were rotten and the elastic band tying them together had cut through them. In theory I'd bought 5 packs of 5 i.e. 25 plants. Between all the packets I only found 6 plants that weren't mouldy and rotten. Again I have had no reply from customer services despite both emailing and filling in the online form on the website.

Ordered wasp traps from this company. The order never arrived. When tried to call, there was no answer despite calling over several days. No response to emails. Reported this company to the fraud department. Do not order or buy anything from this company

AVOID!!!!
Website says 'orders are ALWAYS shipped within one day'. LIES. Placed an order on a Monday, nothing received Tuesday, nothing received Wednesday, so chased by email. No response (website also says all contact responded to in 24hrs - LIES). Chased again twice on Thursday, still no response. Then had automated email Thursday evening saying order had been delayed and 'should' be despatched Friday. Telephoned on receipt of email to request delivery upgraded to Saturday, no response and request ignored. Total and complete lack of response or communication and complete lack of customer service. All especially galling after a hefty £7.99 delivery charge for a few bulbs. Avoid these sharks
