Exactly the same as Kayla except ordered before 2025 even.
I dont mind them taking long, but after their mail that my controller would be delayed.. a month later I still received nothing and then I started sending their support mails. Its been 3 months since that point and a lot of support mails later.. none of my mails have been answered and still no controller.

If its a legitimate company they could to the very least answer my mails or if they really are incapable of handling the work, just cancel and refund order together with customers if its really to much.

It’s been 3 months since I ordered, no updates in 2 months after they said they needed another 2.5 weeks to ship. I’ve reached out 4-5 times with no response. Absolutely feels like I was scammed.

I was asked to provide an update, I did eventually receive my order at the end of April. However, I never received any update or correspondence until the email saying my order shipped. No one responded to the multiple emails I sent. And I get it, they got busy. But going to their website, they NEVER added anything saying there would be a delay and that they were months behind, in fact I was still getting promotional emails to order products with the same shipping estimate.

I was blown away the moment I took the controller out the pack to put in the gift bag. Gal and his team did a remarkable job on my custom request. I asked for a custom PS5 controller (chroma edition) to surprise my gf for valentines. Not only did he customize my request to perfection, he even had it delivered just in time for her to receive the gift. I can go on and on about how good the quality and service is. I will 100% shop here again! Thank you gal🫡❤️

It is now January 8, and I still do not have my item, despite placing the order on October 31. I received one notice that the production of my item would be delayed by up to 4 weeks, but no other update or offer of compensation for the delay was made, not even upgrading shipping. I understand these items are custom-made, but this is ridiculous. I have had more complicated custom-made items shipped from other continents and received faster than this company. Even checking the website now, there is no indication of delays in production, so I believe this company is not honest with shoppers. To add insult to injury, I was finally excited to receive notice that my item shipped on Jan. 2, but it has shown it is in "pre-shipment" since then. Save your money and time! Avoid this company.

I found GTZ a few years ago on my favorite Nintendo website and remembered being really enamored with the selection of custom joycon options they had on offer. I also loved that these were original Nintendo joycon with a simple glow up so I knew they’d still work great. I bought the original Game Boy joycon and I was not disappointed. I love these things! The retro nostalgia is amazing and the quality is as good as I’d hoped or even better. This year I saw that they were getting into the modded Game Boy scene and knew I couldn’t pass this up, knowing the quality and love they put into their controllers. I purchased both an original DMG and atomic purple GBC and I was so impressed! The original DMG looks and feels exactly like I remembered, just better because of the new screen and upgraded components. And then the GBC…this thing is incredible! The new OLED screen and upgraded audio make the GBC feel like a modern experience with all of the nostalgia and great games from that era that I remember! I will absolutely buy from them again in the future.

I received a set of their Sakura Joycons for Christmas from my friends. They were extremely forthright about the fact that they had received an influx of orders that specific holiday season. They had suddenly gained a lot of traction through social media and hadn’t had the employees to handle that many orders at the time. But they let us know each step of the way.

Upon receiving them one of the joycons one of the joysticks didn’t work the cable hadn’t been seated 100% perfectly and jostled out of place in transit. I contacted them about it and got a response almost immediately. They paid for my return shipping and fixed them up in under two weeks! Although I received them with a small issue they were more than happy to fix them without any additional cost at all.

It is genuinely the nicest set of joycons I own. They’re absolutely gorgeous and feel fantastic. I have had 0 problems with them since they repaired them. They’re a beautiful addition to my collection of controllers. Highly recommend shopping with them. There may be a wait but the final result is absolutely worth it!

I love the Joy Cons and the Controllers. I recommend all my friends to come here to get the custom joy cons. I'm literally looking on making a big purchase some time in the coming weeks. A PS5 controller. A new Pro Controller and some new joy cons. 10/10 Service all around. Love these guys and they treat customers like family.

Gametraderzero is without a doubt the most trustworthy custom controller company there is. I have purchased several of their products across the years. Even with my first purchase years ago, there was an issue with the product they fixed it almost instantly at no extra cost. Their controllers and custom designs are so carefully and beautifully designed. It all started with the pink Sakura joycons I got for a friend for Christmas. Still their most used joycons to this day. I have gotten several friends to also purchase their controllers per my recommendation. My most recent purchase were these absolutely beautiful Kirby joycons that paired well with the dock cover they also sell!

I bought an Xbox controller off of them, and I have nothing but good things to say about it! It feels good, the quality is top-tier, and it lights up wonderfully.
