Hi Kelly, I'm sorry I let you down on this occasion. It is worth noting the game arrived with you the day after you brought this to my attention. I have also provided you with a £5 discount code, as a gesture of goodwill. I hope to see you around the site again some time. Best wishes, Gavin.

He was very honest why I didn't receive my Apex wheel. He explained what had happened and not worry. He offered me a refund I decided to wait. Gavin is man of his word he told I should receive it the next day 1st class. Which I did. I highly recommend Gavin shop Gamessoldsepretly for my next purchase he has very fair prices. 10 stars I would give his company if could. Above and beyond expectations. Thanks Gavin
