Great experience, good customer service.
Great experience so far, cheapest price I've seen for the performance you get.
Very fast customer support also, usually responds within a few hours or even minutes and always willing to help resolve any issue.
Highly recommend them for hosting Arma servers as their servers provide very high single-core performance.

GameHosting.co is the best
I used to use Citadel, but their support was spotty and they were just too expensive. GameHosting does everything they did, but better and at a more affordable price. Would recommend them to anyone starting out in the RP world and seasoned RPers alike

Excellent Service From An Excellent Provider
This Rust server provider came highly recommended. I have had the best experience here and intend to stay for quite some time. Any submitted tickets are resolved within hours with continuous follow ups afterward, ensuring the problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied.
The experience has been so good that I rented a second server.

This is my first bad review ever. I never write reviews but this hosting service is AWFUL! The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my life. The server doesn’t get very performance. Everything is very complicated and so tedious. My server was broken within minutes of buying the server, and took them 2 days to help with the problem.To be 100% honest with you they don’t do anything good besides the price. I had to cancel the server in less then a week.

**Edit** As you can see, GameHosting.co has replied to my previous review. I have a lot of respect for any company that takes the time to respond and especially advise of any plans to help improve. Therefore I have updated my review star rating.
GameHosting.co - I hate submitting bad reviews but I cannot believe the awful customer service I have received from this company! I have wasted SO much of my own time on this freaking issue.
Back on August 18, 2017 I had purchased a dedicated server but was never able to get it up and running. Their site was stuck on permanent 'loading' and their game console would not load and kept crashing.
I tried submitting a ticket through their site but their site would stay forever loading or would simply re-direct me to their main page. Instead, I sent a quick email asking if they were perhaps running some updates and to advise of the issues I was having.
On August 19 I still hadn't received an answer and still couldn't access their site properly so I submitted a cancellation request. I requested a confirm of said cancellation request. I FINALLY am able to submit a ticket so I did (I really wanted to know if they were just running updates or what the heck was going on). Keep in mind, this is after I had tried to submit 10+ tickets, each time the site would be stuck on forever loading or simply re-direct me to the main page without submitting said ticket :') I have never wanted a cigarette so bad.
I get an answer to my ticket, to which they totally ignore my inquiries regarding being unable to submit a ticket, but they did appear to be polite and seemed to want to assist. I was about to respond but then they marked the ticket closed. Great.
So I try to submit another ticket. After attempting to submit a ticket for another half hour (or maybe hour?) I gave up. My friend found another site and bought a dedicated server from another company.
Fast forward to September 18th, and not only have I not received a refund for August, but I am charged for another month.
I try to submit a ticket (WHY WOULD I EVEN TRY!?) and am unable to do so. So I send their billing team an email. I send another followup on September 27.
I receive an email response, 'Send us a support ticket via the website support panel. Our team will be able to assist you.'
I try but am unable to do so. I take a deep breath and try again a half hour later and am able to get a ticket through.
Today (September 29) I receive the following email:
"As stated in the email you received when you cancelled your service, you needed to stop your Paypal recurring payment from your Paypal account (Tools/All tools/Recurring Payments).
We haven't charged anything to you. You just kept sending us funds from your recurring payment.
Please tell us when your recurring payment is cancelled and we will be able to place a refund for your last payment."
Feeling embarrassed I checked over my PayPal, but am seeing that it was cancelled (immediately after cancelling it in August...). I sent PayPal an inquiry since it appears that this may have been an error on PayPals side. This is still being resolved.
What bothered me about the email though, was the fact that they didn't reference the August payment at all, so I sent an email back, to which I'm told:
"Also, for your first month of service, we only received a proper cancellation request on September 18th. So, we can't refund this month."
I pointed out that I had cancelled back in August, clearly advising that I wanted a refund as I was unable to use their services or access their site. To which they respond:
"Indeed, your cancellation request was placed on August 19th, just one day after your purchase. But, you asked for a cancellation at the end of the billing period. So, your server was active between August 19th and September 18th. It was only terminated on September 18th as you requested. We can't refund a service that has been active for the whole billing period. If you wanted a refund, you should have asked for an immediate cancellation.
But, for your last payment of September 18th, we can certainly refund this one. You can either wait on Paypal to process your dispute or cancel this dispute and we will initiate the refund from our system."
But I requested a refund? I had never asked for it to be terminated on September 18th. I had asked for it to be cancelled immediately and for a refund.
*Deep breath* Sorry. Long post but I needed to write it out and get it off my chest :')

No he vuelto a probar los servicios de la empresa, pero parece que ha cambiado de dueño, asi que no le hagais mucho caso a mi review
