Support for Game SD card incident
My son accidentally reformatted the Batocera game SD card. Support went above and beyond to get me gaming again. The best support interaction I have ever experienced. These guys are awesome. Will be recommending them to everyone.

I could not configure/no sound
I could not configure the card using
my joystick and arcade buttons, managed to use with wireless controllers but not the result I wanted, also the card did not produce any sound at all. Overall I would not recommend.

Please allow us another chance to fix the issues.
In the event that the arcade control lacks preconfiguration, you can utilize the "map controller" feature by employing a USB gamepad or a USB keyboard. I recommend following the instructions in my video guide:

For the audio, you may need to change the audio output following thses steps:
1. Go to MAIN MENU → SYSTEM SETTINGS → AUDIO PROFILE and select the first profile, then back out to the MAIN MENU.
2. Go back into SYSTEM SETTINGS → AUDIO OUTPUT and test all available outputs, exiting to the MAIN MENU between each change.
3. If none of the AUDIO OUTPUT options worked, repeat steps 1-2 for a different AUDIO PROFILE. Your AUDIO OUTPUT options might change depending on the AUDIO PROFILE selected.

Awesome Experience All Around!
My experience with GameGear.net was incredible! Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! The product works perfectly, and I am now living in retro gaming heaven! I had a few questions before and after the purchase and Max answered them quickly and clearly. He even answered one of my questions with a custom youtube video explaining how to solve the issue. Customer service was excellent. They diagnosed a problem and shipped a replacement part that arrived the next day. The price was lower than other sites.

You may need to change the audio output from "Default" to "HDMI" depending on your configuration. To do this, go to "Main Menu > System Settings > Audio Output."

Great games
Great games. There were some repeat games (very few), but all of the games run really well on the Raspberry Pi 4.

The communication was outstanding
The communication was outstanding. I ordered a RetroPie card that took some time to be delivered, which I understand. They responded well and let me know what was going on. Once they got the item back in stock, I received my card in a timely matter.

When we received our game system and set it up we were disappointed that it wasn’t working correctly. After talking with support they corrected the problem promptly. New system in and now can’t stop playing games. This system is awesome with all the old nostalgia games.
